Welcome to Sunny Treasure, a newer professionally decorated beach home rental that sleeps 14 with a private pool and the option to use a 6 passenger street legal golf cart. Golf cart fee is $195/week or $30/day. Location is everything and this home is located on a quiet, dead end street that is close to restaurants, beach, shopping and more. Treasure Sands neighborhood has only 9 homes so it's perfect for escaping the crowds. The home is a short 6 minute walk to the public beach which has no beachfront condos which is hard to find in Destin. There are also multiple beachfront parking lots so pack up the golf cart and start enjoying your well earned vacation. 2 complimentary beach chairs and umbrella are set up for you daily at the beach (Mar - Nov) through a professional beach service so you will have a guaranteed spot on the beach. There are additional beach chairs and canopy provided in the garage. The backyard is a wonderful oasis for relaxing after the beach with a private pool, loungers, comfy seating, dining area, bbq and a fire pit for enjoying in the evening. The pool can be heated for $150/week or $25/day.

Sunny Treasure is a large 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom home with a pool and is ideal for multiple families, groups or a couples retreat. This house has been professionally decorated with upscale, coastal furniture and comfort awaits you around every corner. The great room is located on the 2nd floor and a large sectional and armchairs provide comfy seating while enjoying the 60” Smart TV. This light filled room also has a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, premium stainless steel appliances and all the amenities of home so whipping up margaritas is a breeze. Dine or play games around the beautiful dining table with seating for twelve.

This home has five spacious bedrooms with sleeping for 12. The queen sized sofa bed allows sleeping for 14. The first floor has a queen bedroom with a 40” Smart TV. This room has a walk out to the pool and shared Jack and Jill bathroom. The first floor also contains a 4 bed bunk room with two sets of twin bunk beds. Top bunks are suitable for kids/young teens only. This room has a 40” Smart TV and Xbox One for keeping the kids busy after a fun day on the beach.

An additional king guest room can be found on the 2nd floor with a 40” Smart TV and semi private bathroom. This room has a walkout to a spacious balcony with seating for four, perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails with views of the gulf.

The Master king bedroom can be found on the 3rd floor and has a 40” Smart TV and a large master walk-in closet. The Master has a full ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower with two shower heads (one rain head), separate tub and double sinks with high end, luxurious finishes. Also, on this floor is an additional guest room with two extra long twin beds. This room has a 40” Smart TV, a semi private bath, and a walk out to a large balcony with seating.

Outside you can relax in one of the chaise loungers and catch some rays or cool off in your own private pool. A pool blanket is provided but the pool can also be heated. There is also a lounge area with a fire pit which is perfect for the evenings. Cook up some wonderful meals with the gas grill and eat poolside at the dining table with umbrella. Other amenities include two separate laundry areas with two washers and two dryers. Enjoy the 6 passenger street legal golf cart which is ideal for driving to the beach or local restaurants and shopping. There is also a two car garage which houses 4 beach cruiser bicycles, beach chairs, beach canopy, wagon and cooler available for your use.

Daily beach service of two chairs and an umbrella is included (Mar - Nov) and set up for you daily at the beach. Sunny Treasure is located very near Pompano Joes beachfront restaurant & bar which offers live music, great food and access to public bathrooms. Bad Ass Coffee is less than a mile away, so jump on your included beach cruiser bike and ride over for your morning coffee. There are also numerous restaurants, great shopping at the Destin Commons and Silver Sands Outlets, and water activities all located within a ten minute drive.
