It is a completely renovated apartment in a building half of last century, very bright and airy to have an open room of about 60 m2. It is equipped and designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible as the facilities we offer are what we have been demanding travelers and have been adapting. All materials used are of first quality and the equipment is modern and new, with a careful style. The hot days is a cool apartment because the sun is directly receives the early hours of the morning, also has a long balcony and three windows allowing to run the air. Once closed shops, the area is quiet and you have no noise from neighbors in the building, so the rest is assured in this regard. Another big reason that choosing this apartment is so great area in which it is located, one of the most commercial of the city with the comfort that this entails. In less than 500 meters accounts with the most beautiful and best maintained in the city market, the market Olivar also offer fruit, vegetables, meat and fish, find a small bar where to eat little fish at a good price. Excellent appartment, very well placed for rail and bus services(10 min stroll away)market and supermarket 30 m and right in the middle of things but quiet during the night.Really enjoyable stay.
Anas apartment is located in the heart of Palma, close to Plaza España and easy accessible from the airport. All points of interest are reachable by foot or with the bus. The old town with a lot of cafes is also nearby. Their apartment is quite nice, clean and very good equipped. Ana and Gerardo are really heartily and helpful hosts. It was a great experience and I can recommend to stay at the apartment.
La verdad que cuando elejimos este apàrtamento no sabiamos exactamente que nos encontrariamos pues fue la primera vez que usabamos Homeaway. y lo que si os puedo decir que fue una muy grata sorpresa.
Lo primero que nos gusto fueron los dueños, una pareja muy simpatica que siempre estaban dispuestos a facilitarnos las cosas.
El aprtamento como indica la informacion es luminoso y espacioso. es muy agradable y confortable.
de todos modos lo mejor es la ubicacion, esta dentro del casco antiguo de Palma y tiene todo cerca. Fuimos a comprar al mercado de Olivar y depaso comimos unos pescaditos, es un mercado grande y con mucha variedad de cosas.
la zona esta llena de tiendas de todo tipo.
tambien tenia una zona de vinos de gente de todas las edades. lleno de gente en los bares y en la calle, esto fue algo muy sorprendente.
La verdad que aconsejo este apartamento por todo lescrito anteriormente.
Visit this amazing city, full of life and one of the largest and best preserved historical centers, without car, enjoying a walk. Just 2 minutes walk, you find yourself in the square Spain, transportation center to move to any part of the city (also the airport bus) and the island. In a few minutes you are in the square, the Cathedral, the old town and marvel at the seafront of the city. Surrounded by shopping streets, next to the English Court and Palma's most important market, Mercat Olivar, where you will find a variety of local produce exquisitely presented, along with a variety of fruits and vegetables. In the area for the fish, you will find small bars to sample fish in a friendly atmosphere. Parking, tapas bars or drinks, museums and galleries, restaurants of different themes ... are a wide range at your disposal near the apartment. Worth be missed.
Another big advantage is being able to reach the beach of the city in just 10 minutes.
