Lovely view over the mountains, quiet nice newly built compound.

A beautiful 2 room 32 sq.m. apartment on 3rd floor with lovely 13 sq.m. balcony located in the new prestigious area Cannes Grand Park with quick 3 km journey to the Croisette both by car and local bus.

The Mimosa shopping centre and a large Casino supermarket are within 500 metres. The apartment was built 2007 in a quiet gated compound and has a fabulous view over the hills of the Esterel and the Alpes Maritimes. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed, a dining table with 4 chairs and TV. The west-facing balcony has a table and chairs and enjoys the sun all afternoon and evening. The open kitchen is tastefully fitted into the corner of the living room and is fully equipped - warm air oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and a generous supply of crockery/utensils etc. There is one bedroom with 2 beds. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine. Lift and air condition is installed.

Perfect holidays

We foud apartment exactly as it was described on the Web. Pool and air-conditioning makes this place very confortable aspecially in July-August when we visited Cannes. Absolutly perfect maintened by local staff. Clean, well equipted with new furnitures, big tarrace. Close to Cannes Centre (10 min by car), gives opportunity to rest after traveling around Provence. Strongly recomends.

Confortable apartment

We had a great week in Cannes stayig in this aparment. The facilities of the apartment ar just as described and are enough for a family. A big plus for the presence of Air Conditiong and electric shades for hot summer days.The Cannes Grand Park residence is clean, quiet, secure and well mentained. We liked our stay very much and would like to combe back. Also the contact agent in Cannes was very nice and responded very well to our demands.

There are some things that could be improved: lack of reserved parking place is frustrating at times, during our stay the TV signal was absent so we used the CD and DVD library provided by the owner that was very nice, also the absence of wireless internet could be annoying for some people.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your comments! Yes, France had switched to Digital TV without our knowledge as we live in Sweden, hence the lack of signal, Digital TV has now been installed as well as wireless internet. Patrik Oscarsson

Buen apartamento pero para dos

El apartamento estaba muy bien, limpio y con todo lo necesario. El problema fue que nosotros eramos cuatro y realmente este apartamento es para dos, un colchon, el del sofa-cama es realmente incomodo. Para poder dormir medianamente bien tuvimos que sacar el colchon y dejarlo en el suelo.

Por lo demas todo correcto.

Otro detalle fue el del parquing, nosotros teniamos claro que podiamos aparcar y realmente no hay parquing, lo fuimos dejando en las plazas libres que encontrabamos y un dia nos encontramos con una etiqueta pegada en la ventana y nada facil de quitar. Por lo tanto, di quereis aparcar, primero aclaradlo con el propietario.

The Mimosa shopping centre with a large Casino supermarket bakery etc. is within 500 metres. The apartment offers comfort for families with children on vacation but also for visitors to trade fairs and exhibitions as it is easy to reach the centre of Cannes from here. At arrival from Cannes airport you may easily reach Cannes by airport bus and the apartment by local bus.
