A beautiful 2 room 32 sq.m. apartment on 3rd floor with lovely 13 sq.m. balcony located in the new prestigious area Cannes Grand Park with quick 3 km journey to the Croisette both by car and local bus.
The Mimosa shopping centre and a large Casino supermarket are within 500 metres. The apartment was built 2007 in a quiet gated compound and has a fabulous view over the hills of the Esterel and the Alpes Maritimes. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed, a dining table with 4 chairs and TV. The west-facing balcony has a table and chairs and enjoys the sun all afternoon and evening. The open kitchen is tastefully fitted into the corner of the living room and is fully equipped - warm air oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and a generous supply of crockery/utensils etc. There is one bedroom with 2 beds. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine. Lift and air condition is installed.

We foud apartment exactly as it was described on the Web. Pool and air-conditioning makes this place very confortable aspecially in July-August when we visited Cannes. Absolutly perfect maintened by local staff. Clean, well equipted with new furnitures, big tarrace. Close to Cannes Centre (10 min by car), gives opportunity to rest after traveling around Provence. Strongly recomends.
We stayed one week at this apartment, which we found to be tastefully decorated and well-equipped. Very important to have sharp kitchen knives and good air conditioning, so we were delighted to see both available. There was a nice large balcony with a view towards the west, on which we ate many pleasant dinners and breakfasts. All furnishings and amenities mentioned in the advert were provided so our expectations were very well-met. On the day of our arrival the owner's agent met us at the agreed time; she was very helpful in showing us all essentials in the apartment and made us feel very welcome.
With our car we were able to make day trips to all the towns in the area and we also tried out the public transport system, which we found to be fine for the days we spent in Cannes. There is also a shopping centre within a 15 minute walk, which has a good range of foods and delicacies.
We would highly recommend this apartment for anyone wanting to take in the sights and attractions of the many small towns within a 30 km radius. On the other hand, anyone wanting to step directly into a busy street life should look for something closer to Cannes centre. We were very happy that the apartment was located in a bright and quiet, gated residential area and found that this fit our needs perfectly.

We had a great week in Cannes stayig in this aparment. The facilities of the apartment ar just as described and are enough for a family. A big plus for the presence of Air Conditiong and electric shades for hot summer days.The Cannes Grand Park residence is clean, quiet, secure and well mentained. We liked our stay very much and would like to combe back. Also the contact agent in Cannes was very nice and responded very well to our demands.
There are some things that could be improved: lack of reserved parking place is frustrating at times, during our stay the TV signal was absent so we used the CD and DVD library provided by the owner that was very nice, also the absence of wireless internet could be annoying for some people.
202 Boulevard Leader, Cannes, in the new prestigious area Cannes Grand Park with quick 3 km journey to the Croisette and beaches both by car and local bus. 800 meters from the Maillan sports stadium and the music/exhibition hall La Palestre. The Mimosa shopping centre with a large Casino supermarket bakery etc. is within 500 metres. The apartment offers comfort for families with children on vacation but also for visitors to trade fairs and exhibitions as it is easy to reach the centre of Cannes from here. At arrival from Cannes airport you may easily reach Cannes by airport bus and the apartment by local bus.
