Beautiful Villa near Puerto Cabopino sleeps up to 7

Marbellita is semi-detached two bedroom Villa surrounded by magnificent gardens and a communal pool. The property is comfortably furnished and well equipped with a stylish lounge and open fire, television, DVD and CD player. The bright and spacious open plan dining room seats 6. The kitchen has been recently refurbished and is fully equipped with electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine.The property has been recently fitted with fully double glazed windows and doors.

Bedrooms: There are two double bedrooms on the first floor both having en-suite bathroom facilities, fitted wardrobes and balconies.

Roof terrace: On the second floor there is a roof terrace which give great views of Marbella, Gibraltar and Africa.

Outdoors: The gardens are well maintained with an abundance of flowering shrubs and offer a high degree of privacy.

Front and rear terraces equipped with BBQ and dining tables offer an ideal location for al-fresco dining.

Swimming pool equipped with loungers and private parking is also available.

About CHRIS PARSONS

My name is Chris Parsons and I am 52 years old. I bought the property after I fell in love with the location of Cabopino. The beach and marina are stunning and provide great venues for eating,drinking or a stroll on the beautiful sandy beaches. Marbella is 15 minutes away and Malaga airport is a 30 minute transfer.

I am a chemist by profession and live currently in Birmingham in the UK.

I have a family including two grown up daughters who have enjoyed many family holidays in sunny Spain. I would recommend Marbellita for a relaxing quiet break or a family beach holiday. Good luck Chris

Très belle villa idéalement localisee

La maison est grande, très propre et tout est fourni. La piscine est très agréable et toute proche. La plage est à 5 mn en voiture et très jolie, sans immeuble qui donne dessus, seulement les montagnes. Nous recommandons cette location pour tout le monde.

Smart, well furnished house in good location.

The property was as per the description, well located on the Cost del Sol within easy reach of the airport and Marbella and all areas in between. It was clean and very well decorated and furnished and we would have no hesitation in recommending it to others. The beach at Puerto Cabopino is one of the best on the costa and there is a wide variety of local restaurants, bars and other activities to suit all tastes. We hope to go back again soon.

An impressive Spanish Villa in a perfect location.

My wife and I have now stayed at this villa on 5 occasions and never been disappointed! Ideally located near to the port of Cabopino and on a lovely golf course. A great place for both a couples holiday but also ideal for a family. (Our children loved the pool )

We always find the property clean and the services well maintained. I would without hesitation recommend this property to friends and relatives and have done so.

Top Class Villa.

3 of us went to holiday in Cabopino and as soon as we entered this beautiful property we new we where going to have the most perfect accommodation. Everything was fresh, clean and welcoming. Kitchen with every appliance. Smart lounge /diner and t.v. The beds where very comfortable and spotless. Bathrooms re-furbished to the highest of standards. everything anyone needed for a good vacation was there. Good local restaurants and bars nearby. (Car needed) choice of supermarkets. Lovely clean beaches and a golfers paradise .I cannot fault ANYTHING with this villa and would just love to return. Strongly recommend.

Beautiful villa accomadation.

The villa is very charming and well maintained, modern with an authentic feel. Every creature comfort is available with a home from home feel with wonderful views, our holiday started the moment we opened the door. Gardens to the front and back a lovely pool and even a small roof terrace to sun bathe in privacy. Situated on the golf course and in the perfect location to see and do as little or as much in the Costa del Sol as you choose. The soft sandy beach near by has bars and restaurants with entertainment or you could stroll around the marina have a drink and watch the world go by. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely like to return to this lovely villa in Puerto Cabopino Marbella.
