An amazing property in an beautiful setting. The owners were super lovely helpful and very friendly. Everything in the property was finished to a high standard. We had the best break.
immaculate property wonderful barn conversion
Myself and 5 other friends stayed here for 3 nights in September and were very impressed when we drove up and even more impressed when we got inside. Vicki explained it was a very new conversion from a piggery! Well it was beautiful, very well set out, the furnishings and equipment were top quality. The bedrooms lovely and the walk in shower in the main bedroom was fantastic. It was very quiet with just the sound of the brook running along side the house and nice outdoor space. Everything had been thought of. I would imagine in the winter it would be lovely with the log burner going.
Vicki popped in at the beginning to check we were ok she had left us butter, milk and biscuits. The only thing I would suggest to her that although the grey sofas were stylish and comfortable I would suggest she gets some nice throws so that guests could put them over the sofas as I can see many accidents happening especially if you have families staying and it would be such a shame to spoil them. We were mortified when we had a slight accident with a small spillage and obviously cleaned it. Just a suggestion Vicki, and we wish you many happy years renting this property out its obviously your 'baby' and you are justly proud of it.
Beautiful house in great location
What a beautiful house built to a high standard with quality fixtures and fittings. The views through the big bi-folding doors was stunning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property without hesitation. The owner Vicky was always available and easy to contact, and we would like to thank her for our lovely time.

The house and Cornwall exceeded our expectations by far, will certainly come back and hopefully rent the same property. Everything worked perfectly well. Vicki was lovely and helpful in every way. She has thought of every detail to make the house comfortable, it was a pleasure to come back after day trips and have relaxed and peaceful evenings. The kitchen is great, very well equipped, we enjoyed drinks and dinner on the lovely terrace.
Perfect - Spacious, Light, Modern, Great Location....
We stayed here for the bank holiday May weekend and had perfect weather which allowed us to take full advantage of what the accommodation and Cornwall had to offer.
This is a beautiful property with great quality fixtures and fittings - our favourites being the the huge bi-fold doors, log burner and en-suite walk-in shower.
Vicki was kind enough to make some recommendations for local stores etc and so we took advantage of the local butchers at Probus for a barbecue with the gas BBQ supplied at the property - we loved dining whilst listening and watching the stream just metres away whilst in a large open space without any neighbouring properties anywhere near!
Although we had originally planned to search for a cosy cottage, this turned out to be so much better and we wouldn't hesitate in booking again.
Location-wise we drove from Surrey so it was nice being within reasonable proximity to the major routes yet easy enough access to hot spots like St Ives for a day excursion.
The Roseland Peninsula and fine sandy beaches are within a ten minute drive. The north coast is about 20 minutes drive for surfing. The Eden project is also within a 20 minute drive. The property is located off a quiet country lane so excellent for cycling and walking. A very regular bus service connects to Truro and St Austell for restaurants, cinema, theatre etc.
