This beautiful semi detached house is located on the pretty residential street. As you enter in through the private front door, you walk into the grand entrance hall with a beautiful tiled floor and wooden staircase. On the ground floor there are 2 living rooms, dining room, an open plan kitchen and dining room and WC. On the first floor there are 2 bathrooms, WC and 4 bedrooms. The 5th bedroom with bunk beds is located on the second floor.
The house has recently been refurbished and decorated to a high standard which will guarantee a comfortable and happy stay.
The main living room has a large and comfortable sofa and 2 further chairs which are perfect for relaxing on after a long day out exploring what London has to offer. The smaller living room is located at the front of the property. You are welcome to read any of the books on the bookshelf. Both living rooms have smart TV’s, so you will be able to watch catch up TV and login to Netflix if you have an account.
The dining room is a perfect space for entertaining. There is a long dark wooden dining table that seats 10 people and the luxurious teal curtains and chandelier create a sophisticated and decadent feel.
KITCHEN/ DINING AREA
The kitchen has everything that you would need during your stay if you fancy staying in one night and cooking a delicious meal. There are a variety of pots and pans, cooking utensils, plates, large fridge freezer and oven, cutlery, plates and glasses.
The dining area seats 8 people comfortably. You can also gain access out to the garden from the back door.
There are 5 bedrooms in total in the property. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin room with 2 single beds and the master bedroom has a sumptuous super king size bed. On the second floor there is another bedroom with single bunk beds. All beds will be spotlessly made up using hotel quality linen and there will be plenty of space in the wardrobes for you to hang your clothes up and store your belongings away.
Both of the bathrooms have been refurbished to a high standard. The main bathroom has a state of the art Senso wash toilet, sink and a luxurious waterfall shower head. The second bathroom which is also on the first floor has a bath with a shower attachment, sink and there is a separate WC. There is also another Senso wash WC on the ground floor. Large fluffy white towels and toiletries will be provided for every guest.
Guests have complete access to the house. Additionally I’ve arranged for a concierge service to be available to you throughout your stay, providing you with free on-demand support for booking restaurants, tickets to shows, transport...or anything else you might fancy! You can also book additional housekeeping services like regular cleans or changes of bed linen. I hope that this will help you get even more out of your stay. Interaction with Guests:
When I’m not there, you will be hosted by a professional hospitality company who I’ve engaged to look after you in my absence. They are on call to attend to your every need, as I would be.
The house is located in a lovely leafy and residential part of SW London near Tulse Hill. There are various open green spaces close by. The closest is Brockwell Park which is around a 15 minute walk away. This is a lovely place to go on a warm sunny day and take a walk and have a picnic.
Brixton is a 15 minute bus ride away. Brixton is a lively, multicultural area with a down-to-earth vibe in south London. Brixton Market offers street food and vintage finds, plus clothes and produce that reflect the area’s Caribbean roots. Casual eateries serving global fare line pedestrian-friendly Brixton Village. Late-night revellers hit celebrated bars and live-music venues such as the O2 Academy Brixton for rock gigs, and Hootananny for cutting-edge sounds.
Tulse Hill is the nearest station, which is around a 8 minute walk away. From here you can get the Thames Link up to London Bridge and King’s Cross in around 25 minutes.
If you would prefer to travel around London by bus there are a number of bus stops on Hillside Road and Christchurch Road.
