Tamar 14 is a modern terraced house, part of a development of purpose built and privately owned self-catering holiday cottages near Callington. Onsite facilities include an indoor and outdoor heated swimming pool, bar/restaurant, shop, tennis courts and children’s outdoor play area. The house sleeps six people in one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. Practical for families, there is a bathroom on the ground floor and separate WC. The open plan living area with dining, kitchen and sitting area leads to a sunny balcony with far reaching views to Dartmoor. There is off road allocated parking for one car. A little further afield you can visit the glorious sandy beach at Whitsand Bay with dramatic scenery and sheer cliffs. Equally accessible are Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor National Park with undulating moorlands and a myriad of historic sites and monuments - a rambler's dream. Amenities: Electric heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, TV with Freeview and Sky (with variety of packages), iPod dock, WiFi, USB charging points in all bedrooms and living area. Ample off road parking adjacent to the property. Private upstairs balcony with table and chair. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Allocated off road parking for 1 car. Private patio with garden furniture and shared use of grounds. Shared use of on-site leisure club at Honicombe Park including indoor heated pool, outdoor heated pool (May – Sep inclusive), sauna, mini gym, outdoor chess and tennis courts. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pub and restaurants 5 mins walk. Note: Children need to be supervised at all times due to the balcony off the open plan living area, Check in time is 4pm on-wards
