Spacious 5 Bedrooms Town House in Greenhithe near Bluewater Shopping Centre

Finished to a very high standard our cleverly designed Bluewater town house sleeps as many as 18 people using the entire house and from as little as one person using our Studio room or reduce areas to create choices of Suites to suit your requirement if not requiring the entire house. The Minimum stay of 3 nights depending on booking requirements for the entire house for 10 people plus or less.

All rooms are airy, bright and modern. The property location is tranquil and there is shopping and sightseeing and eating nearby at Bluewater Shopping Centre. Our cost is easy, we first generated the main guest fee and thereafter the additional guest fees. For children the same cost is generated but please provide their ages so we can look at any discount we may allow.

• Below we have provided an outlay of the property should you wish to reduce the area of the house using the suites for 1 - 2 people or suites for 1 - 6 people. Currently the Studio cost is advertised for 1 person and is used to calculate the house for 10 people or more booking. The online rates calculated is the estimated cost to your booking request and we will ensure that you are provided with the most suitable accommodation for your needs and cost. We generally respond to messages within the 5 hour Should you require instant booking please inform us so we can send you our booking and terms to secure the dates.

• To assist you in using our online booking calculator, if you wish to book the entire house please submit a request to us for 10 or more people for 3 or more nights to generate the house cost.The minimum damage security for the entire house is £665 and for reduce area from £300 which is the default setting but we will confirm in our booking form the actual cost and refundable damage security deposit. For booking of 1 to 2 people we provide the cost for our Studio and for 3 and more people our Suites, the Opal Red or Brown suites. Please send your request and if requiring the entire house for 1 or under 10 people let us know. Please tell us how many people will be staying in the property and how many rooms are required if you do not wish to book the entire home. We will suggest the most suitable rental arrangement to reduce the area and cost should you wish. Most rooms have en-suite bathroom, please view all the images that make up the property are labelled to assist with the reduce areas of the house.

• THE BLUEWATER HOLIDAY HOME is a spacious five bedrooms townhouse. The house is designed in such a way to create suites to cater for small or large family/groups, wedding guest, work group, reunion group and school trips and if not requiring the entire house for less than ten people the cost is reduced. The entire house sleeps over ten people, and you may book up to 14 people. The maximum of 18 people may be permitted with the use of our guest beds and sofa beds. Each additional guest over 10 people will be charged £35 per night. (our calculator charges from guest 2 onwards £35 each per night)

• THE HOUSE is set over four floors and sleeps 10 people plus with the minimum stay of 3 nights. The House includes 5 bedroom and use of 2 kitchens. Cost is £2660.00 per week or £425 per night for less than a week. For special calendar dates such as Christmas/New Year the rate may be higher and we will confirm, please enquire. Please note to use our online calculator rates are adjusted to simplify but as mention we will confirm actual cost.

• THE OPAL BROWN SUITE of the house has two luxurious bedrooms with two en-suites located on the second floor and sleeps 3 - 6 people. The kitchen and living area is open plan, fully equipped and located on the ground floor leading to the garden. The minimum stay is 3 nights. The Opal Brown Suite cost is £1400.00 per week or £215 per night.

• THE OPAL RED SUITE of the house has 2 modern bedrooms with one family bathroom. The living area and kitchen is open plan, fully equipped, leading to the patio and garden. The Opal Red suite sleeps 2 - 4 guests with the minimum stay of 3 nights. The Opal Red Suite cost is £1260 per week or £195 per night.

• THE STUDIO of the house is open plan, modern, stylish with en-suite located on the third floor. The Studio sleeps 1 - 2 guests with the minimum stay of 3 nights. The cost is £455 for one person or £700.00 per week for two people £75/£115.00 per night.

Our Bluewater holiday home is unique for serving the surrounding area Kent, London and Essex and the house can be combine to suit each guest need and pocket which is illustrated below to the Combination (Combo) if not requiring the entire house but more that two bedrooms.

• Combo Opal Red and Brown Suites sleeps 8 guest and cost £2205 per week or £350 per night additional guest £35 (x2). The minimum stay is 3 nights.

• Combo Studio and Opal Brown Suites sleeps 6 guest and cost £1925 per week or £320 per night additional guest £35 (x2). The minimum stay is 3 nights.

• Other option to the house booking is 3 - 4 bedroom house, Combo Studio and Opal Red Suite. Just tell us what you want and we will see if we can make it happen.


• Please contact us for your actual rental cost for long or short stay.

• For additional guests over 14 people please contact us. You can only book up to 14 people, any additional guests require our consent.

• Please tell us of any disability for using stairs or any other concerns.

Conveniently placed near Bluewater shopping centre and public transport links. Great space for a family group. Immaculately clean, comfortable and well presented. Owner Simon was on hand via a telephone call when needed. Planning to visit again. Recommended highly!

Great Property and great host

We rented this property for the weekend before our Wedding for our family to stay in and we were blessed with wonderful weather, which meant we could use the outside that was kept in excellent condition and perfect for a small group. The property itself was perfect for our needs, the rooms spacious and clean. Simon was a great host checking in to make sure we have everything we need. We had wonderful time the few days before our wedding, thank you Simon.

Great for a weekend with friends

Simon was a fantastic host, we arrived at his home on New Year's Eve which was beautifully clean and tidy. Simon helped us move some portable single beds around so children could sleep in the rooms with their parents, he even delivered us a sky box so my husband could watch the football! As we were a large group he was extra accommodating, giving us more time to pack everything up in the morning. The house is within walking distance to a great pub and a large ASDA. Our stay couldn't have been any better. Thank you Simon.

Wonderful place to stay!

What a wonderful experience! This home was in a very nice location, close to the Bluewater mall and the train station. The home itself was very comfortable. Simon was the best part, he was very helpful and extremely nice. Anything we needed he took care of it. He was always available and that was wonderful. It was our first time out of the US so we didn't know what to expect but Simon made us feel right at home. The home was very roomy and comfortable. I definitely would stay here again if given the opportunity :)

Luxurious Yet Homely

We stayed in Simon's property for just over nine weeks while we were working in the area.

We found Simon to be both accommodating and welcoming - he was always available when we had any issues and was always on hand to offer any additional support, whether it be through his overall knowledge of the area or through more specific queries we had.

The property itself has the rare quality of balancing a luxurious yet homely feel - a rare trait amongst holiday homes we have previously stayed in.

We always felt at home and would recommend Simon's holiday home to anyone visiting the area.

If you wish to venture to Paris or coming from Paris this is the perfect location, just taking 2 hours. You are also close to the London O2 Arena for more restaurants, music, comedy and cinema.

Central London could not be any closer than if you were actually living there, we have easy road and public transport links from our location in Greenhithe to Central London within 40 min.
