Situated in a pleasant village location and close to scenic attractions, Pennington is a lovely cottage in a delightful part of England. Amenities: Biomass central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair to be requested 14 days prior to arrival and are subject to availability. Allocated roadside parking for 1 car. Balcony. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles via ferry and Hawkshead – 4 miles , pub 1 mile. Note: Children must be supervised at all times due to balcony. Note: Pick-up and drop-off ferry point situated approx 100 yards away. During seasonal peaks the ferry service may be in high demand due to its popularity. Please note: 4pm check in. Please note: From February 2019 this property will be pet free. Our stay at Pennington Easter break

We stayed at Pennington for four days the apartment was very presentable with good modern amenities. The area was very peaceful the apartment had great views overlooking from the apartment balcony. I would recommend this place and would go back again.
