They are about 70 meters: two bedrooms, kitchen, laundry, bathroom and living room.

When we arrived we found a quiet residential area with possibility of parking in the surroundings. we have a main door and another individual that gives access to the living room, it is a comfortable and cozy place with functional decoration and everything necessary for the normal development of daily life and ready for use, including wifi service.

Location

We are in the center of the town, a few meters from the main square, shopping area, tourist office, restaurants, bars etc. next to the imposing deltas of the river Alhama, with a spectacular view and at the foot of the Sierra Tejeda natural park , Almijara and Alhama.

It is a quiet and cozy area. two km away we have the well-known baths, a special place where the natural hot water joins the river of cold water, here it is possible to enjoy a free bath whenever you want and benefit from its properties.

We have a dam in the upper part of the town, declared as a wetland that houses multiple species of birds and which can be reached by walking along the river where we find "el Ventorro" a unique place to rest, eat and enjoy its rich cuisine.

Alhama is surrounded by nature, rainfed crops, irrigated land, olive trees, almond trees, sheep, goats, cattle etc

Next to the beach 30 km and Sierra Nevada 60 km and has a great historical, monumental and scenic potential.
