Welcome to Northstar Apartment in St Anne's Square in the Cathedral Quarter. The perfect luxury base whether your visit to Belfast is for Business or Leisure. Our apartment sleeps 4 guests in two comfortable double bedrooms. Recently completely renovated in luxurious style and equipped with every amenity to make your stay unforgettable.

Living Room

The apartment has an open plan living room and juliette balcony with stunning view overlooking the piazza at St Anne's Square.

For your comfort and entertainment the living room provides an impressive 60" Panasonic 4k Smart TV with Netflix subscription, complimentary Wifi, 3 seater sofa and comfy chair overlooking the piazza, and bar table with 4 chairs.

Kitchen

There is a full kitchen with conventional oven, hob, microwave oven, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washer dryer, iron and ironing board. Tea and coffee are included with Nespresso coffee making facilities. Breakfast items and complimentary snacks are provided to extend a warm welcome.

Bedroom 1 / Ensuite

The main bedroom has a premium King size bed, wardrobe, USB charging point, Wifi or wired broadband, hairdryer, and fully tiled luxury en-suite with shower and toilet, and underfloor heating. The bedroom window looks over the piazza beneath at St Anne's Square.

The second bedroom has a double bed, USB charging point and Wifi access. The window also looks over the piazza below at St Anne's Square.

The brand new luxurious fully tiled bathroom has a large shower and toilet, and is provided with shaver socket / charging point, and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is kept cosy with Gas central heating that also provides instant hot water. The tiled floors in the bathroom and en-suite are kept warm with underfloor heating.

St Anne's Square is home to the MAC theatre and superb restaurants such as Coppi, Salt, Pizza Express and House of Zen. Why Ruth chose Cathedral Quarter

The apartment is beautifully located with an outlook over St Anne's Square from the living room and both bedrooms. Whilst there is a pleasant buzz of activity in the Square the apartment is quiet and completely free of traffic noise. This is simply the best location in Belfast; in the centre of Cathedral Quarter with the best restaurants, bars and tourist attractions, convenient to the main shopping areas of Victoria Square and Royal Avenue, and within easy walking distance to Titanic, St George's Market and other Belfast attractions.

What makes this apartment unique

The apartment has recently been tastefully refurbished to a high standard of luxury. It is snug and comfortable with Gas central heating, instant hot water and underfloor heating in the bathrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with every amenity you might require for self catering including a Nespresso coffee maker. Very comfortable accommodation with a high standard of furnishings and equipment throughout.

We stayed for 3 nights but could easily have stayed longer in this lovely apartment located in a great location in this fabulous city. The apartment has been thoughtfully designed to a high specification and equipped for maximum comfort for guests - for example, quality bed-linen (having stayed in many holiday rentals this is a true test for me!). We packed a lot of tourism into our break so were grateful for the comfort at the end of the day. The Mac Theatre on the doorstep is an added bonus - we would have probably missed out on seeing a very good production of 'Abigail's Party' had we not been staying directly opposite the theatre! I would happily stay in this apartment again and definitely recommend it to those visiting Belfast who want high quality accommodation in a great location.

What you saw online is what you Got! It was clean, lovely decorated and a great location.

We loved this condo and Ruth was great. Met us at unit and provided us with some breakfast food to get us going. Comfortable beds and furniture. Great location with restaurants close by, and beautifully decorated!

Overall it was a wonderful visit to Belfast.

Lovely apartment in excellent location
