19th century farmhouse 250 m2 fully restored between Bonnieux and Lacoste.

Capacity 10 people.

Upstairs 5 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms, separate toilet, walk-in shower, dressing room and Tv.

The two largest rooms are air conditioned and have a bath and more.

On the ground floor an air conditioned room 100m², including fully equipped kitchen, bar, dining room, living room with TV 130cm (400 international channels) and a toilet.

Heated pool (optional 150 euros per week) fenced with alarm and 10 chairs.

Large dining terrace with BBQ charcoal grill.

Cozy space with garden furniture, view of Lacoste.

Laundry room with washing machine, Tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Towels and linen are included in the rent.

Available all year.

Possibility to rent only weekends from November to February (except Christmas and New Year) to 500 euros.

Pets allowed.

My wife and I live behind the farmhouse in another house, not overlooked, giving the advantage to be able to answer questions or solve problems quickly. We each parking and separate entrance. The pool is only for tenants.

Great holiday

This was an amazing holiday, it was a mixed bunch of ages but we all kept ourselves doing what we wanted. The house is amazing and modern but with the old rustic charm still within the old house.

The swimming pool was the main attraction for the youngsters. It was big enough for all our party, and when the temperature dropped Jean soon put this right.

Lacoste is an amazing place to visit, but all the surrounding area was beautiful.

Outstanding house, location and owner

If you're looking for a home that has the charm of Provence yet the modern conveniences of today, Mas in Bonnieux is perfect. This villa looks out over two hilltop medieval villages, vineyards, and mountains. It's a great location to begin day trips to the many villages, markets and local attractions. Many days we didn't want to leave. The closest towns are a short drive away and there are old trails that make a walk to town a real adventure. Our family of kids and adults had a trip of a lifetime and the owner, Jean Baptiste was extremely helpful and even brought us grapes during the harvest.

Great house in fabulous location

We were three couples (60+) exploring the western Luberon. The house was perfect, furnished in a modern style, clean and well maintained. A good kitchen. It is spacious, and would certainly suit five couples. The terrace and pool are lovely. We went out visiting a different village every morning, and returned after lunch to spend a lazy afternoon by the pool, followed by a BBQ most evenings.

Jean Baptiste speaks very good english and was always available to answer requests for advice. Although he lives next door, the design of the house and garden is such that you are very private. The house is in a beautiful and very quiet location with lovely views. Lacoste is a walk away with a couple of pleasant bar/restaurants.

The house is particularly well positioned from an exploring perspective, so Lacoste, Bonnieux, Menerbes, Lourmarin, Goult, Apt, Gordes and Roussillon are all within a half hour drive.

Overall a lovely, relaxing holiday, which we hope to repeat.

Particular recommendations: Lourmarin market, Le sentier des Ochres at Roussillon, Lacoste and Goult. Leclerc is good supermarket on edge of Apt.

Schöne Lage mit einigen Mängeln

Das Haus liegt sehr schön, jedoch für die Zufahrt zum Haus benötigt man momentan einen Jeep. Auf Nachfrage beim Vermieter, warum er die Straße nicht etwas ausbessert um mit einem normalen PKW heil zum Haus zu kommen, kam nur die lapidare Antwort: er hätte dazu im Moment keine Zeit.

Die Küche und Wohnbereich sind sehr schön und waren ideal für einen Aufenthalt mit 10 Personen.

Die Zimmer sind auf den ersten Blick sehr schön, aber haben auch einige Mängel.: Schimmel in der Dusche, nur ein WC hat ein Fenster nach außen, die übrigen WC´s haben nicht einmal eine Entlüftung!

Die komplette Außenanlage machte einen etwas ungepflegten Eindruck.

Owner's Response: mauvaise fois totale je vous ai repondu concernant le chemin que je ne pouvais le re faire tant que la pluie ne s arrêtée pas hors cela faisait 4 semaines d affile qu il pleuvait et il a fait de gros orage tout les jours de votre sejour .pour info le samedi de votre depart j ai tout refait concernant la douche le probleme date d y a deux mois hors a par le refaire ce qui est impossible niveau timing avant la fin de saison un traitement est chaque semaine applique afin qu il n y ai aucun risque sanitaire . oui un seul wc a une fenêtre désole je ne vais pas faire de véranda dans chaque wc quand a la vmc personne ne s est jamais plaint d odeur quand a l exterieur je laisse juger les personnes par les photos et par les avis précédent . mon seul tort pour votre séjour est la météo exécrable tout les jours désole je ne suis pas dieu

Owner's Response: merci pour l appréciation effectivement certains équipements ne sont pas luxueux comme les canapés ou petit mobilier ( le reste l étant lui comme la literie cuisine et autre ) cette position est voulue de ma part car au vu des nombreuses dégradations ( et vous n échappez pas a la règle avec du linge de maison taché de sang bon pour la poubelle )comme vécu auparavant ( canapés tachés ou coloriés, chaises cassés et j en passe) . En mettant du LUXE je serai obligé de me positionner dans une gamme de prix supérieur réduisant mon panel de client . demander du luxe lorsque l' on paie 1500 euro une semaine de 7 nuits pour 10 personnes donc un prix a la nuitée de 21 euros tout compris je pense qu il ne faut pas s attendre a avoir du marbre italien de partout, ou alors aller en gamme supérieur mais accepter de payer au moins le double pour un gite et au minimum 100 euros la nuit par personne en chambre d hôte ( vous excluant économiquement peut être par conséquence d un séjour) je précise aussi que pour ce prix je ne suis pas sur que beaucoup de propriétaire pousse le détail jusqu a fournir papier wc tablettes pour le lave vaisselle 3 nettoyages de piscine ( et j en passe)ainsi qu une reactivité a vos demandes 24/24 comme vous en avez pu le constater avec votre demande de serviettes supplémentaire a 9h20 , l intervention pour le wifi suite aux violents orages ou le renvoi de vos effets personnels oublies

Sehr schönes Haus mit angenehnem Vermieter

Das Haus war optimal für 8 Erwachsene und 2 große Hunde. Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt, so dass die Hunde immer frei laufen konnten. Das Haus war bestens ausgestattet - wir haben nichts vermisst. Der Vermieter, der auf dem gleichen Grundstück wohnt, war bei Problemen immer sofort hilfsbereit und bemüht.
