Split over two levels, the apartment is entered on the first level which has two bedrooms and a guest toilet. The master bedroom offers a queen sized bed and lovely en-suite bathroom with double vanity, bath and heated towel rails, while the second bedroom offers a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom with shower. Both bedroom open on to the private balcony which stretches the length of the apartment and boasts breathtaking panoramic views. American shutters cool interior spaces and provide an added level of security.
The second level of the apartment features the living/dining room which are decorated with an oriental touch, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern amenities, including double fridge/freezer, microwave and stove. A stylish four-seater breakfast bar is ideal for quick meals or entertaining and a large couch and flat screen television offer a comfortable place to relax in the living area. The living spaces of the apartment open onto a sheltered patio with outdoor seating and small, protected private garden.
Benoa is situated in a very secure block in upper Camps Bay with a dedicated garage and off-street visitors parking bay. The apartment does not have an alarm, but does feature a high security roll-down shutter which covers the front door, preventing any entry or exit to the apartment. The complex has two swimming pools for guests to use and a beautifully kept garden. A short drive will take you to the palm-lined beachfront of Camps Bay and the V&A Waterfront.
