3 room ground-floor apartment, 60 m² in villa in quiet residential area 6 km north west from Málaga town centre, located in the district Puerto de la Torre. It is situated on a 1200 m² plot on a hill with a magnificent view of Málaga, the sea and mountains. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living/dining room with kitchenette, garden with several terraces, flood lit private swimming pool, 400 m² lawn, trees, barbecue and outside shower. The apartment is on garden level, so it has direct access to the garden and swimming pool.

Washing machine is in a washing room, separate from the apartment. Several terraces in the garden. Direct access from the apartment to the swimming pool and garden. The owner lives on the same plot and has own terraces. The guests have a separate entrance to the plot and to the apartment. There are no other apartments on the plot and no other guests to share the pool, garden and terraces with, thus for sole use of the ground floor apartment.

Nice stay in Malaga

We (a family of four) had a very nice stay at Marianne's place. The appartment is the same as on the pictures, no problem. The view from the hill is beautiful, the pool and the garden are very enjoyable. You have a supermarket down the hill, and the airport is close (but far enough to avoid any noise). Marianne was very helpful with everything.

Great view back over Malaga!

My partner and I stayed in Marianne's ground floor apartment for 3 days in August and was perfect a chill out.

The apartment was basic and functional. WIFI was all good and even managed to connect whilst sat by the pool. The host was really accommodating, ensuring the apartment was clean before our early arrival. Hotel beside the villa is perfect for an escape, food and entertainment on a Saturday night. Car is recommended given the location. Thank-you Mairanne for rescuing me for the walk back up from the supermarket!

Zum Ausspannen sehr zu empfehlen

Tolle Aussicht auf die Stadt! Der Garten bietet Schatten und Sonne, Abkühlung im Pool - und das alles zur alleinigen Nutzung; das fanden wir Spitze!

Freundliche und zurückhaltende Vermieterin.

Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist ausreichend, der Herd hat keinen Backofen und die Küchenzeile bieten kaum Möglichkeiten, Nahrungsmittel zu lagern, außer im Kühlschrank.

Wir waren froh, dass wir ein Auto hatten, weil das Grundstück auf einem hohen Berg liegt.

Die Ferienwohnung ist zum Ausspannen sehr zu empfehlen.

Owner's Response: **Mittlerwiele gibt es einen Kombi Backofen mit Heissluft, Grill und Mikrowelle. Es gibt einen Schrank im Korridor und auch eine mobile Küche Lagerwagen mit 4 Schubladen zur aufbewahrung von Lebensmitteln. TRANSLATION: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO RELAX. Great views of the city! The garden offers shade and sun, cool off in the pool - all for our exclusive use, which we found great! The landlady is friendly and discrete. The interior of the accommodation is adequate, the hob has no oven and the kitchenette offers little space to store food**, except in the refrigerator. We were glad that we had a car, because the property is located on a high hill. The apartment is highly recommended to relax. ** Owner´s comment: There is now a combi convection/microwave oven. There is a cupboard in the corridor and a kitchen storage trolley on wheels to store food supplies.

Fijne plek in Málaga - prachtige tuin en uitzicht

Wij zijn een kleine twee weken hier geweest samen met ons zoontje van 19 maanden. Een heerlijke tijd gehad hier. Gekozen voor dit huis vanwege de grote tuin en privé zwembad. Ideaal met een klein kind. Kinderstoel en bedje waren al aanwezig. Met de auto een kwartiertje naar het centrum waar je vanaf de tuin al op uitkijkt. Marianne is aardig en behulpzaam. Aanrader voor wie van ruimte en rust houdt maar met de stad dichtbij.

Owner's Response: TRANSLATION: NICE PLACE IN MÁLAGA - BEAUTIFUL GARDEN AND VIEW. We were here for almost two weeks together with our 19 months old son. We had a wonderful time. We choose this house because of the large garden and the private swimming pool. Ideal with a small child. High chair and cot were already there. It takes about fifteen minutes by car to drive to the centre of Málaga, which you can already see from the garden. Marianne is nice and helpful. Highly recommended for those who love space and tranquility, but close to the city.

Excellent séjour !

Très beau rez d'appartement surplombant la ville et les environs de Malaga située à seulement 15 minutes de l'aéroport (aucune nuisance sonore) et à 15 min du coeur historique de Malaga

Le cadre est reposant et très agréable en famille ou entre amis

Marianne est très serviable et met tout à disposition. Tres propres et bien entretenue

la piscine est juste pour nous aucun vis à vis, tres grand jardin

À seulement 3 min en voiture se trouve un supermarché et une station service. ( au bas de la colline).

Très bonne connection wifi dans toute la maison, Meme au bord de la piscine

Une voiture est indispensable.

Excellent séjour, superbe vue surtout le soir.

Transats et serviettes pour piscine sont disponibles.

J'y retournerais sans aucun souci.

Very nice ground floor apartment overlooking the city and surroundings of Málaga, just 15 minutes from the airport (no noise) and 15 minutes from the historic heart of Málaga. The setting is relaxing and very enjoyable with family or friends. Marianne is very helpful and makes everything available. Very clean and well maintainted. The pool is just for our sole use and is not overlooked. Very large garden. Only 3 minutes drive away there is a supermarket and a gas station (at the bottom of the hill). Very good wifi connection throughout the house, even at the pool. A car is essential. Excellent stay, great views, especially at night. Sun beds and pool towels are available. I would return without any concern.

Prachtig mooi uitzicht over de stad Malaga

Het is echt een prima huisje om te vertoeven. Je hebt er werkelijk alles;

Een klein keukentje met electriche kookplaat, twee slaapkamers met in totaal 4 losse bedden (klein minpuntje: helaas geen tweepersoonsbed), een nette badkamer met ligbad en stortdouche en een schattig woonkamertje met zelfs Nederlandse televisie.

Maar het meest fantastische aan deze locatie is toch wel de mega grote tuin met prive zwembad en het uizicht op de stad Malaga. Ongelofelijke panoramische views die je overdag en 's avonds te zien krijgt. Wij waren er halverwege mei en moet wel kwijt dat het zwembad toen nog wel erg koud was. Maar dat zal in bijvoorbeeld juni, juli en augustus zeker beter zijn!

Direct naast het huis ligt een goed restaurant natuurlijk weer met dit fantastische uitzicht!

Erg de moeite waard dus voor een relaxte vakantie.

Owner's Response: TRANSLATION: WONDERFUL VIEWS OVER THE CITY OF MÁLAGA It really is a great house to stay. You've got everything you need: A kitchenette with a 4 zones ceramic hob, two bedrooms with 4 beds (small drawback: Unfortunately no double bed), a neat bathroom with bath and rain shower and a nice living room with even Dutch television. But the most amazing thing about this location is surely the mega large garden with private pool and views over the city of Malaga. During the day and evening you get to see incredible panoramic views. We were there mid May and have to say that the pool still was very cold. But that will surely be better in for example June, July and August! Right next to the house is a good restaurant, of course again with this amazing view! Very worthwhile for a relaxing holiday.
