You cannot be at a better location, you have got everything near you, Banks, atm machines, Hairdressers, Gas pump, bakeries, Photo Shops, internet access, one market,5 supemarkets, pharmacy, post office, Typical Restaurants, video clubs,350 meters from typical 28 tram. situated in the heart of the old Lisbon (Alfama, Mouraria, Graça) near Tagus river you are in one of the greatest places in Lisbon. from here you can go by foot almost too every touristic place. St Jorge Castel, Mouraria, Alfama, Panteão, Feira da Ladra, you have got at least 3 to 4 look outs to get a wonderful view of this amazing city. You can also catch Metro, Bus30,12,34,35,107,126 from CARRIS or go by foot to tagus River & catch the bus to Expo or to the opposite way to CASCAIS, ESTORIL you can also catch BUS 35 to cais sodré and then catch the train to CASCAIS,ESTORIL 30 Minutes & you are there i think you will not get such a better place like this ,,, Luxury new flat with all the commodities situated in Lisbon

TV (45 channels) , safety box , automatic windows , 2 elevators , Private parking in case you want to rent car or bring your own. Your car is secure and you have no need to leave the car in the street. Consider it because almost all city have parking taxes ... !!!

What an amazing apartment it seems like an hotel, fantastic terrace, fantastic decoration and above all fantastic location ... everything we did was by foot ... and one thing that catch us from the beginning was the private parking ... as Described ... thank you Mr Angelo we would love to come back again. A wonderful stay!

Angelo, the owner, is a perfect host and the apartment is beautiful, well-equipped and conveniently located for the town centre, shops and restaurants.

We had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to return to Varandas de Sapadores or to Lisbon!

Very nice and clean appartment

We were in Lisboa 5 nights and the appartement was perfect for us. Angelo Santos was very helpful and a kind host. We would like return. Vi var i Lissabon 5 nætter og lejligheden var perfekt til os. Værten var meget hjælpsom og venlig. Der var rent og pænt. Der er parkering i kælderen.

Fantastic apartment, Great service, Clean, Quiet and free/secure parking!

We had a great stay at Angelos apartment. Angelo is a very caring host and went above and beyond to keep in touch with us. The apartment was clean and had lots of room. The kitchen was well equipped, it was nice to have a few staples like oil, vinegar, sugar and coffee. We appreciated having free, secure parking, there was room on the street in front too, if needed. We were nice and close to downtown to walk around and see the sights. The apartment is very quiet, and the room darkening shutters in the windows were great for putting our baby down for a nap during the day.

We would highly recommend this apartment and would stay here again!

Estive 3 dias no apartamento com o meu irmão e o meu namorado e adoramos! Dá para ir facilmente a pé até ao Martim Moniz e Rossio, óptima localização.

O Angelo recebeu-nos as horas combinadas e a casa estava limpa e arrumada, parabéns!

Nice stay in Lisbon

We stayed in Angelo's flat 5 nights at the end of april 2015 with our grown up daughters. His welcome was very warm and helpful, and if you miss some of his explainations you find an useful "book" inside the flat. The flat is well equipped, in working order and clean; furniture is not really new, but makes its work. You will find exactly what you read in the description. Location is very convenient: we usually took the 28 tram, also at night, and we reached some of the sightseeings also on foot (overall in Lisbon you must be a good walker!). We took well advantage of the parking facility (parking space a little bit difficult to get in, but precious). Our only suggestion to Angelo is to specify before the cost for wifi!

Wonderful Stay at Varandas de Sapadores!

Our family had a wonderful 9-day stay in Angelo's beautiful and spacious apartment, which has all the conveniences and comforts of home. As advertised, it is located in a residential area with excellent access to the bus and #28 trolley. There is a small grocery store and numerous little shops within a few minutes walking distance.

The host, Angelo, was very kind and gracious upon our arrival, and we would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place from which to explore the beautiful city of Lisbon!
