This modern Penthouse is serviced by a lift, fully furnished and equipped to a high standard. The apartment has two double bedrooms, a large private roof terrace accessed by stairs from the lounge, BBQ, sun loungers, hot tub with fabulous views of the local scenery and golf course. There is a seated dining area under the pergola which is perfect for those sunset dinners or relaxing moments with family or friends while watching the magnificent evening sunsets.
The Master Suite looks over the pool and gardens, has a large double bed, air conditioning, spacious built-in wardrobes, dressing table, mirror, hairdryer, private bathroom offering a Jacuzzi Spa bath and shower.
The second bedroom has twin beds, standard size cot with highchair, additional sprung pull out bed, air conditioning, ample wardrobes and storage, as well as a separate bathroom with walk in shower. There is also a safe provided to keep passport & valuables secure.
The Hot Tub is inclusive of the rental during the season from May to October. If the hot tub is required out of season this may be possible at additional charge – please enquire for details.
The kitchen is comprehensively furnished with everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The large open plan lounge and dining area includes FREE WIFI internet and cable TV in multiple languages (including English) and various entertainment and sport packages. There is also a CD and DVD player and Bose music dock offering Bluetooth connectivity. The lounge features air conditioning, two sofas, a dining table to seat six leading out onto the elevated balcony, seating area with views over the landscaped gardens, palm trees and the stunning decked swimming pool with children’s pool and play area for the younger guests. The complex is totally gated and secure.
Linen & Bedding: There is a full maid service included. A towel and linen change service is provided; during a two week visit your towels and linen would be changed halfway through your stay. If additional or more frequent cleaning services are required, this can be arranged with prior agreement, further costs may apply – please enquire for details.
Vilamoura is situated on a wonderful coastline of glorious blue flag sandy beaches. There are two main beaches of Vilamoura, with Praia de Vilamoura to the east and Praia da Falésia to the west. Praia da Falésia with its vast expanse of golden sand extends for over 5 km from Vilamoura to the sleepy fishing town of Olhas d'Agua, and is the closest to the condominium with a scenic 20 minute walk or just a few minutes’ drive. Vilamoura is a thriving and prestigious resort with an air of exclusivity, the area around the marina is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the chic lifestyle enjoying a cool drink in one of its fashionable bars or resturants overlooking the luxury boats and yachts. A short walk from the marina you will find Back Jack nightclub and the Casino where you can watch a show, have a meal or try your luck!
Faro airport is an approximate 30 minute drive away; guests will need to make their own hire arrangements. However, if a transfer is required this can be arranged – please ask for details.
For those wishing to explore, a short stroll towards the marina you will find a preserved Roman Site and Museum providing an insight to the area's Roman past, alternatively if traveling by car the nearby N125 highway provides easy access to the towns of Albufeira, Loule, Quarteira, Faro, Portimao, Silves and beyond.
The markets held in Quarteira (Wednesday morning) and Loule (Saturday morning) are very popular and within easy reach, as are the open air shopping centres - in Faro (Forum Algarve) and Guia (Algarve Shopping).
There are three major water parks within the central Algarve; Slide and Splash, Aqualand and Aquashow and all provide transport from Vilamoura. Their English websites can be found with a quick google search for "aquashowparkhotel," "aqualand" and "slidesplash."
It is also ideally placed for the keen golfer; the Algarve is famed for its golf courses and Vilamoura is at the heart of the golfing scene with six excellent courses with differing characteristics all within easy commute. The Laguna course which is quite flat can be viewed from the rooftop terrace of the apartment. Bookings can be arranged with a short stroll to the booking office across the road, or online via Tee Times Golf.
