Having owned a ground floor property at Miradores for 13 years and another on the other side of the Marina, both of which I have rented throughout this period of time, I jumped at the opportunity to take on the management of renting this beautifully positioned Penthouse on behalf of the owners.

Great roof terrace: lovely view

Great apartment, comfortable and thought clearly given to details.(I'm a suckered for anywhere with a good supply of clingfilm, tinfoil and tupperware.) Air conditioned but also fans in all rooms so easy to work out what suits. Lovely private roof terrace and spacious balcony from living area with great view over the local marina. Well stocked Spar supermarket (great fresh fish) within 5 minutes walk. Decent local bars and restaurants and pretty efficient and cheap local bus service all within a couple of minutes walk. We had a very relaxing week and would definitely recommend.

Except for the "Swing Bridge" which raises every hour 09.00 - 19.00 the area is very flat - ideal for walking.

Also during the summer months, July - September. small fair-grounds are placed along "The Strip" to entertain the small children. Inflatable Play areas are also anchored in the Mar Menor 100 meters from the beach, in the very shallow water areas.

Local and Regional markets take place 7 days a week - of which all this information is included when booking and a full Information Pack is sent to the main booker.
