  • One half (50%) of the rental price is payable by credit or debit card before we are able to confirm your booking. The balance together with a security deposit of 200 Euros is payable in full in cash on arrival to our local agent or as otherwise arranged with us (eg: if you prefer, you can pay the balance and security deposit to us not later than 2 weeks prior to your arrival date by credit card or you can pay in Euros into our Spanish bank account - details available on request). The security deposit will be returned to you in full within 10 working days of the end of your stay less any deduction that may be fairly made to reflect any damage arising during the period of your stay. Please note that credit card payments will be subject to a 2% surcharge to reflect the cost to us of providing the credit card facility and you should always check with your bank or credit card company whether they make additional charges.
  • Our local agent is in Es Mercadal and conveniently close to the apartment. They provide the keys on your arrival. When we confirm your booking, we will provide their details. They provide basic linen and towels having regard to the number of people staying and deal with any maintenance issues that might arise during your stay. The apartment is cleaned prior to arrival and again following departure. It will be very important that you provide us, well in advance, with your flight arrival and departure details so that we can ensure a mutually convenient handing over and handing back of keys.

Notes:
Very young children would need to be supervised. The property has two balconies and it would be dangerous for children to climb onto or play on the balconies. Stairs between floor are made of marble, again young children would need supervision. The apartment is accessible by a lift from the basement car parking and ground floor areas. The lift is serviced under contract to the communal management company. However, if for any reason it was not working, it could present a problem for anyone who could not use the stairs. Inside the flat, there are two floors with the upper floor comprising the master bedroom and bedroom 2 being accessed by a staircase.
