Large summer house with 20 meter swimming pool on 40 ha private estate.

Domaine des Camarades is an old "magnanerie" consisting of multiple buildings which form your own little private village (hameau). It's located on the south side of the mountain close to the old village of Mirmande. The private domaine consists of orchards, grass and woodland. A temperature controlled swimming pool or 20 meters long overlooks the valley of Mirmande and the surrounding mountains.

Main house: 6-8 persons
The spacious and fully renovated main house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living area with mezzanine and fireplace, a kitchen and a large summer kitchen with a traditional bread and pizza oven. All bedrooms come with (ceiling) fan.
- Master bedroom: double bed with full bathroom
- Bedroom 2: double bed, next to second bathroom
- Bedroom 3: double bed + single bed
- Single bed on mezzanine, or can be added to one of the other bedrooms

The house overlooks the valley of Mirmande, which is a medieval hilltop village classified as one of the most beautiful in France. The village has restaurants, art galleries and various shops. In the immediate surroundings you will find vineyards, orchards, lavender fields, and endless outdoors to enjoy. Explore the many other villages and castles in the Drome Provencal and the Ardeche. Go climbing or canyoning in the Parc Naturel du Vercors, or kayaking on the Drome and Ardeche river. And explore the wineries in Provence, Rhone valley or Tain-Hermitage.

Stunning, well equipped villa in a beautiful peaceful location.

Such a beautiful villa in a stunning location just outside the charming village of Mirmande (voted 1 of top 4 most beautiful villages in France). The villa is immaculately presented and very well equipped. Having no TV for a week was a blessing in disguise as everyone truly relaxed and did other things. The pool is the largest I have ever encountered in a private villa and amazing. The host, Jerome, was a pleasure to deal with throughout. We can’t wait to go back already!

Great house, spectacular pool

Very well appointed family house with a truly spectacular pool. We have been coming on family holidays to France for 12 years now and this was by far the best swimming pool we have seen. The house was also very well laid out and set up. On the off chance you have enough of swimming in the pool, the house is very handy for Mirmande and sites of the Drôme valley. Great spot for a family holiday -thoroughly recommend.
