The design of this villa is stunning and very stylish.

Modern open plan lounge leading to the dining area and kitchen outside through the french windows overlooks the pool and fantastic open panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and El Peñon de Ifach. There is central heating to guarantee a cozy stay also in the colder times of the year. A must see villa to enjoy and relax.

Only 5 minutes walking distance to La Fustera beach and several bars, restaurants and a supermarket serving fresh produce.

Moraira - A small coastal town situated in the mountains of the north-eastern tip of the Costa Blanca. Moraira is a picturesque destination for a family holiday with lots of fun for the whole family including kayaking, Jet skiing, Paddle-boarding, Windsurfing and much more.

Boasting a wonderful selection of tapas bars, restaurants and coffee shops and nightlife is always bustling. Several beaches are to be found including sand and pebble and many hidden coves.

Moraira enjoys a subtropical Mediterranean climate, with sea breezes cooling the area in summer and in winter getting protection from the cold North winds from the surrounding mountains. The area averages some 3,000 hours of sunshine each year and the average temperature exceeds 20 degrees. On average there are 325 sunny days each year. In 1986 the World Health Organization commended the Moraira climate as one of the most equitable in the world - neither too hot in the summer nor too cold in the winter.

Calpe - The town sits in an ideal location, easily accessed by the A7 motorway and the N332 that runs from Valencia to Alicante; its approximately one hour drive from the airport in Alicante.

Calpe has a wonderful mixture of old Valencian culture and modern tourist facilities. It is a great base from which to explore the local area or enjoy the many local beaches. Calpe alone has three of the most beautiful sandy beaches on the coast. Calpe has a wonderful modern marina that sits alongside the old fishing port; From here it is possible to take a boat around the rock and to the nearby resort of Benidorm. One of the best ways to enjoy the local coastline is by means of the narrow gauge railway that runs from Alicante to Denia, stopping at Calpe. The port has a nautical club and facilities for yachting, windsurfing and water skiing. If its dry-land sports you want then the rock of Ifach offers climbing facilities.

Sehr schönes Haus/Lage und Top-Service

Die Villa hat einen traumhaften Ausblick, durch die sehr dichte Lage vor dem Meer (Wellenrauschen und Möwen inkl.). Die Einrichtung ist relativ hochwertig (Massivholz-Möbel, Leinwand/Beamer, Induktionsherd, Weber-Grill, Eingangstor mit Fernbedienung etc.) und es war für uns alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten. Obwohl die Strand-Straße direkt vor der Tür ist, war der Lärm kaum spürbar - vor allem Nachts.

Wer möchte, kann direkt vor der Tür in das Meer steigen (über die flachen Felsen), oder 3 Minuten zum nächsten Strand gehen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermärkte) sind ringsherum in Calpe, Denia usw. vorhanden und bieten alles, was in Spanien üblich ist (z.B. riesen Fisch Auswahl).

Der Service des Vermieters (Agentur) war ebenfalls absolut vorbildlich und unser Wunsch (nach scharfen Messern) wurde am Folgetag sofort erledigt - neues Besteck gekauft und gebracht. Auch die Kaution wurde sofort wieder zurückgezahlt, wie vereinbart.

Kann die Villa nur jedem empfehlen in der Region. Ist definitiv eines der schönsten Adressen in der Gegend, was auch die vielen Blicke von der Straße (Passanten) gezeigt haben.
