A bit of history:
On June 28, 1894, Roberto and Giovanni Guidarelli sold to Roberto De Simone and Rosa Spinola, a small property used as a barn and barn placed outside the city walls, not far from Porta del Vecciano.
Roberto was brother of Paolo De Simone and Rosa, the daughter of Vittoria Spinola, carries the name of Granma Rosa Vercellana "the beautiful Rosin", Morganatic wife of Vittorio Emanuele II.
The villa was named after the first daughter of Rosa and Roberto: Nice.
