Overview

About the property

3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms In The Heart Of East Nashville & Super Close To Downtown

This charming home is centrally located to the attractions that East Nashville has to offer, but is also less than 4 miles from downtown Nashville. East Nashville is a local's destination for good food (foodies are in heaven!) and fun (musicians abound). While you can experience the tourist life of downtown Nashville with a quick 3-4 mile, Uber ride, you can also live like a local in the hottest area of town.

The always growing, thriving, eclectic, historic, and hip, East Nashville has become one of the city’s most-desired areas to live and play. Its low-key vibe and neighborly personality make this community a great place to escape without leaving town. As Budget Travel Magazine calls Historic East Nashville “Nashville’s version of New York’s East Village,” East Nashville has attracted many musicians and visual artists to the neighborhood. Mingle with the patrons of the local hangouts and you’re bound to meet more than a few musicians and songwriters.

Permit No. 2017015488.

Great walkable neighborhood

  • 5 of 5

This location was fantastic. We visited numerous walkable locations and our favorites were the Eastland café (felt like friends the moment we walked in), the Terminal Café (awesome breakfast), five daughters bakery (just go there you will understand), and too many more to mention. The owner was fabulous to work with. We had a bit of an issue with the lock box and she sent someone over ASAP. The house is old, but in good condition. The kitchen is beautiful. Although we never cooked in it. The house was very clean. Just know that it is an older home so don't expect bright and modern. Expect character, charm, squeaky floors, etc. There is train tracks close by, but we did not hear it that often. Not enough to be too annoying. If you are looking for a great walkable area, you will not be disappointed.

The home was in a great location. Close to downtown yet in a quiet neighborhood. The owner kept in touch with us throughout our stay. Would stay here again.

Clean, cozy, with well appointed kitchen

  • 5 of 5

We are three old friends who got together for our yearly “getaway”. The 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom layout was great for us. We made breakfast each morning, then went out touring Nashville. We didn’t spend long evenings in the house, and never turned on the TV’s nor watched any of the many DVD movies provided. The small living space was very comfortable for us; might not suit, say, 3 couples. The kitchen was well equipped, with a large island and 4 stools. It was fun for us to look at the displayed guitars and music posters and photos: we really felt like we were staying in Nashville.
