This amazing waterfront property should not be missed! Not only will you wowed by the private, serene, and stunning views offered by this property's magnificent location (right on the creek leading right into the bay), you''ll be even more in love with the home itself! Simple, but perfect - this home offers everything you will need for your summer vacation home. A fully stocked kitchen complete with every tool you could possibly need, flat screen TVs in every room, indoor and outdoor dining and lounging, bedrooms for kids and adults, washer/dryer, even a guest house outside, plus a whole lot more! Freshened up for it's newest guests this summer, this space will not disappoint. Please feel free to email us to schedule a visit or for more updated pictures as we continue to perfect this space for this summer's lucky guests.

*Monthly guest would be scheduled for a mandatory house keeping mid month @$150 cleaning and a cleaning fee after departure @$150
If you wish to have weekly cleaning we would create a schedule with house keeping pre paid in the agreement @$150 per cleaning.

Wonderful creek front North Fork haven

We loved our two weeks this summer enjoying the house and beautiful backyard. The dock and deck area were new and we spent as much time outside enjoying the view and waterfront as we could, including daily paddling around the creek. The house is spacious - our kids’ only regret was not finding the pool and foosball tables in the basement until our second week. We are looking forward to coming back next summer!

Fantastic property at exceptional value

We travel to long Island every year to spend time with our son and daughter in law who live in Manhattan.This would be our 6th house we have rented and by far the best in terms of value for money, location and simply superb accommodation. Richard and Barbara were great hosts and very attentive to any queries we had which I have to say were few. My Son and Daughter in Law loved the cottage by the water front and spent there weekends with us down there. Would recommend to anyone and will be returning next year in September

A beautiful oasis in Cutchogue

My family and I enjoyed 6 glorious weeks staying in Richard’s home this past summer. We could not have been more satisfied with our stay. Richard was available to us any time we had a question and went out of his way to accommodate any need we had. (For example he replaced a doorknob that was tricky to open). The home itself is beautifully kept, clean, and quite comfortable. The outside is an absolute paradise. The green lawn (imaculately kept) looks out to the most picture perfect creek and Peconic bay in the distance. We enjoyed eating meals outside, and spending lazy afternoons reading on the porch and hammock. We are avid paddleboarders and greatly enjoyed the convenience of slipping right into the water directly off our own private doc. We even rented kayaks for the week. There are truly no words for the beauty that surrounds this area. We paddled and kayaked to beautiful private beaches and even met some very friendly neighbor while paddling and kayaking in the bay! We also loved how close of a drive it was to Nassau point beach (less than a mile away). Richard gave us a parking sticker for this beach. My family and I love to cook so we were overjoyed when we opened the butler’s pantry and found every cooking appliance, serving platter etc, under the sun! The location of this home is perfect. Everything is just a short drive in either direction. We enjoyed heading to Greenport (less than 15 minutes away), and discovering all of the beautiful vineyards, and restaurants nearby. We became members of a local yoga studio and found the community to be incredibly warm and inviting. This summer was a true gift being able to share it with our 10 year old daughter and my parents in this incredible home. We cannot wait to return!

Amazing Stay!

We can not say enough good things about this house and our time there. We rented it with the idea of getting a place not too far away so our blended family of 5 kids (ages 17-26) could come out and spend time with us around their work schedules. This house was located on an inlet that led out to the bay. We kayaked,floated and swam around the inlet and in the bay and relaxed on the spacious dock. The house was super clean as well as roomy and so well appointed. We only had to bring food and ourselves which made life easier! The owner was available by text for questions but hands off to leave us to our vacation. It is no small feat to impress a group of kids those ages but every single one of them loved it. There is a lot to do on the North Fork but being regular visitors to the area we really only left to get groceries because the property was just too beautiful to not spend all our time there. I am not exaggerating when I say this property exceeded our expectations in every way.
