About the property

3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment located off Portobello Road and Notting Hill.

Our spacious new fourth floor flat (accessed by lift) is light and bright and is the ideal base to explore nearby Notting Hill, Portobello Road and Golborne Road. Our newly refurbished flat has two double bedrooms plus another double bedroom with single bed. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room. There is also a stunning family bathroom and wrap around roof terrace.

We offer a secure, underground paring space too, so you can come and explore London and its surrounding areas without having to worry about your car!

Our flat is perfect for travellers and guests of all age groups. We are lucky to have a lift that takes you up to our flat so perfect for those that struggle with stairs. We are also very child friendly providing a baby high chair, anti slip bath mat, Baby Dan travel cot and can even provide organic baby food and formula milk upon our arrival.

Our beautiful flat is unique in that within 500 metres there are numerous cafes, shops, delis and fashion brands as well as lots of vintage and antique shops.

Indulge in a two star Michelin meal around the corner at The Ledbury or why not enjoy a strong cup of coffee from Lisboa on Golborne Road. There really is something to suit every taste, occasion and pocket.

Portobello Road is iconic and a mecca for shopping and visitors come from far and wide to sample the best that it has to offer. For the weekly shop the Sainsbury's superstore is nearby Ladbroke Grove and plenty of local grocery stores for everyday essentials.

Our flat is just perfect for exploring nearby Notting Hill and all the other gateways West London has to offer.

Why not spend a morning walking down Portobello Road, browsing the fantastic market stalls and taking in all the wonderful smells. Why not stop for a drink, maybe something to delicious to eat too from one of the many coffee shops. Be sure to enjoy this area as much as you can.

Bright, clean and spacious flat

Booking, check in and check out were all smooth and easy. The flat itself was very comfortable, bright and well located. We had great evenings on the wrap around balcony and perfect breakfasts and dinners in the surrounding neighborhood.

Very Wonderful Property

We recently stayed at this condo and the place was wonderful. Very clean, bathrooms are great, kitchen has everything you need. As Americans it was kind of hard to figure out appliances but David was awesome and called us to help us through it. There is no AC but not a issue as we just opened the doors and the cross breeze was perfectly fine. Definitely walking distance to everything you need. This place is not directly down town London and we were happy to not be in downtown. Nice to come back to the condo and relax without all the traffic and people. The internet gets about 6mg which was OK and you should be out exploring anyway. However, owning a business it was a challenge Great place and highly recommend it. David the owner was very responsive. I would highly recommend this place it was amazing.

Big, beautiful flat in a big, beautiful city!

We loved our visit to London! This flat is in a fun, welcoming neighborhood and is spacious, clean and very comfortable. It was great to have the balcony all around and to be able to step outside and enjoy the evening breezes. Walking through the area felt very safe and it was easy to get to the Underground or explore by bus. We really liked the Portobello Market - the selection of international foods on Market days was amazing! Thank you for making our first visit to London so successful - we look forward to coming back again!

Lovely flat

This flat is brand new an centrally located.

Near portabella rd with nice restaurants and markets. Also easily accessible to London city to get to all of the tourist attractions as well as museum.

This was our first trip to London so we were trying to get as much of that as possible in a week.

Modern flat with space to spread out.

Our family of four was able to each have our own space in the flat. The washer/dryer was very useful. There are restaurants nearby. A bit of a walk to the subway in the rain, but a very easy subway line to navigate. Enjoyed our time and appreciated the modern finishes.

Lovely appartment

Lovely new flat near Portobello Rd (but not so near as to be bothered by the market!)

Very comfortable well appointed large appartement. Perfect for a family visiting London, the washer/drier was a godsend. Close to the tube and multiple bus routes make it perfect for sightseeing.

The only downside was the bedding in the master bedroom (not super comfortable) but the owners have said they plan to replace it which will make the appartement truly 5 Star.
