Penthouse duplex in the old town of Palma. Located just steps from the Cathedral, La Lonja and cultural places of interest. The sea is 50 meters from the house, while the closest beach to a km.

There are taxi stand in front of the apartment, the bus stop 50 meters.

It is distributed on two floors, the 1st floor offers a spacious and bright living and dining room, a bedroom with bathroom, a kitchen and a toilet, the whole plant is surrounded by windows and balconies overlooking the house plenty of light and character. The upper floor offers two more bedrooms each with its own bathroom.

The property has a communal terrace where you can appreciate beautiful views of the sea and the Cathedral. Housing is a third party without elevator.

There are a total of three neighbors, so the property is very quiet.

Für uns ein perfekter Ort

Mitten in der Altstadt von Palma haben wir - Familie mit erwachsenen Kindern - uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Giulia ist eine zuvorkommende und umsichtige Vermieterin, die Wohnung ist mit viel Geschmack und sehr komplett eingerichtet. In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es eine Vielzahl an Bars und Restaurants ... und natürlich die Kathedrale. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Einen Mietwagen sollte man u.E. punktuell einsetzen, da in der Nähe ausschließlich kostenpflichtige Parkplätze (z.B. Park de la Mar, 21,25€ / Tag) vorhanden sind.
