Villa Green Palms is a property located in Port d'Alcudia, 4 km from Natural Park S'Albufera in Majorca. It is just a few hundred meters to the restaurants and shops of the Port of Alcudia and 1 km to Majorcas´ longest sandy beach, the beach of Playa de Alcudia.

Villa Green Palms has a modern kitchen, an air-conditioned dining area that leads onto a lounge space with lots of light. It has a spacious double bedroom with air-conditioning and a big bathroom that is fully equipped with toilet and a shower. In the lounge area there is a sofa bed that can sleep up to 2 extra guests and could be perfect for children.

The property has a large garden area with a private swimming pool, an outside barbecue and a Ping-Pong table. There is also a porch for outside dining with some comfortable outside furniture for relaxing.

The swimming pool is a perfect place for children to play and to refresh under the sun. The sun beds and a Balinese bed at the back of the garden create a perfect place to relax under the palm trees that give you nice shade.

Green Palms is a perfect place for families with small children and couples looking for a romantic getaway villa, close to the town but in a very quiet area.

The area where the villa is located is popular for horse riding and snorkelling. You can play tennis and find a selection of other activities, such as windsurfing and diving.

Does what it says on the tin ... great pool, private, contemporary and clean

Location was great. Easy to drive to, close to a supermarket. 10-15 minutes drive to Puerto Pollenca (which is our favourite for food - in the centre and pine walk), Alcudia old town and S'Albufera Marshes. If you are into birdlife definitely recommend the reserve which is free.

Although quite close distance wise to the hotels and buzz(?) of Alcudia we only heard their music a few times during the week when the wind was in the wrong direction. Most of the time it was very tranquil and nicely private. It felt like you were more in the countryside. The odd paraglider high overhead was no intrusion but an added interest.

The gardens were tidy and ideal for relaxing (although beware the automatic sprinklers!) and the pool was a great size, depth and perfect temperature.

The villa was clean and pretty much as the enticing pictures if a tad more worn. The kitchen surface was slightly cracked and as per other reviewers could have done with some extra utensils, especially a proper tin opener! But no real issues.

We had a problem with the water but this was instantly fixed by a very helpful and efficient Carla and her team. Very good service and attention.

Cleaners, Pool & Gardener and the Plumber were all very friendly and effective and didn't intrude.

We stayed with our two teenage daughters using the sofa bed which was fine.

All in all would definitely recommend both the villa and their agents.

Beautiful quiet villa with fab pool

Lovely quiet spot but just 2 mins drive from Alcúdia and 10mins from Alcúdia old Town. Villa is perfect for a couple or with a young child who can use the pull out bed in the sofa. Only downside is the kitchen isn’t particularly well equipped - some sharp knives required, more chopping boards, bowls, bbq utensils and some table tennis bats for the table would have been good! Overall a fab stay!

Ferienhaus mit Macken!

6 Tage im Mai zu zweit verbracht auf der Villa Green Palms. Doch leider war nicht alle green!

Die Bilder spricht leider nicht die Wahrheit. Die Nachbarn grundstücke sowie teil der Villa sind fast eine Müllhalte. Das Bett eine Katastrophe. Das Bad teilweise eklig. Der Duschkopf war mal ein Duschkopf. Das Wasser fliesst überall nur nicht da wo es soll. Die Klobürtste war das ekligste was ich je gesehen habe. Für den Grill gibt es gar nix. Nicht mal eine Zange oder irgendwelche utensilien. Küche war nicht mehr schön. Ziemlich runtergekommen. Wir haben uns etwas mehr erwartet doch leider war es anders. Alles in einem war es halt Spanien standard. Wieder kommen werden wir definitiv nicht.

Moderne Villa mit viel Erholungspotential

Wir, ein schweizer Pärchen (beide 34y), sind für 2 Wochen in der Villa Ende Mai 2018 gewesen. Das Haus war sauber, aufgeräumt, modern und durch die vielen Fenster hell. Der Garten ist ebenfalls aufgeräumt und überzeugt durch das grosszügige Grün, den grossen Pool mit Aussendusche (ca 10 auf 5m, 1.50 - 2m tief) und den Holzgrill. Die Lage ist etwas ausserhalb von Port d Alcudia, aber mit dem Mietwagen im Nu erreichbar. Ich ging z.B. jeden Morgen kurz mit dem Auto in den nahen Lidl frisches Brot holen. Zu Fuss ist man in etwa 5 Minuten beim nächsten Eroski Supermarkt. Die umliegenden Strassen hört man kaum. Von den Nachbarn haben wir nur via Sichtkontakt etwas mitbekommen. Nichts negatives. Ab und zu fliegen Gleitschirmflieger vom nahen Hügel über das Gelände und landen in der Nähe. Ein Bauer bewirtet die Felder vor, neben und hinter dem Haus. Dieser Bauer, die Gärtner, der Cleaning-Service und Marc, der Haustechniker sind alles freundliche und zurückhaltende Leute. In der Küche hatte es nur Salz und Pfeffer. Kochutensilien, Geschirr und Besteck sind ausreichend vorhanden. Die Pfannen scheinen grösstenteils jedoch schon etwas durchgemacht zu haben. Da wäre eine Investition nicht fehl am Platz. Gewürze muss man selber kaufen oder mitbringen. Kohle für den Grill ebenfalls. Wir haben jedoch einfach jeweils Holz im Umland gesammelt und verfeuert. Brennt wie Zunder. An den nächsten Strand kommt man in 15-20 Minuten zu Fuss. Wir sind jedoch immer mit dem Auto zu einem Strand. Bei uns in der Vorsaison (Mai) hatten wir keine Parkplatzprobleme. Strand-Zeug inkl. Tücher muss selbst mitgebracht werden. Wir haben einen grossen Sonnenschirm hinterlassen. Die gibt es für wenige Euro überall. Restaurants gibt es auch zahlreiche. TripAdvisor hilft das Richtige zu finden. Etwas nervig, aber nur am Rande, ist die Abwasserreinigungsanlage hinter der Hauptstrasse. Ab und An lief da irgend ein Motor, welcher relativ gut zu hören war. 2-3 mal ist er mir in den 2 Wochen explizit aufgefallen, mehr nicht. Ebenfalls, zum Glück (in der Vorsaison) nur sporadisch, hört man die Entertainments der grossen Hotels und Vergnügungsparks. In der Hauptsaison könnte dies etwas öfter der Fall sein. Gross gestört hat es jedoch nicht.

Alles in allen ein Top Haus zu einem super Preis! Für Paare oder kleine Familien ideal. Dickinson Villa hat sich ebenfalls sehr aufmerksam um uns gekümmert und war stets zur Stelle, wenn etwas (z.B. WLAN) nicht funktioniert hat.
