This basement flat is located in a quintessential British Victorian property. As you go through the red front door, you enter into the spacious hallway. To your left are the bedrooms, on your right is the main bathroom and the open plan living, dining and kitchen areas.

This room has a spacious feeling thanks to the high ceilings and large windows. The living area has an extremely comfortable sofa. This is a perfect place to sit and relax after a long day out exploring what London has to offer. There is a large flatscreen TV on the wall which has Sky channels. You will also be able to log into apple TV if you have an account.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you would need during your stay, if you fancy staying in one night and cooking a delicious meal.

The master bedroom is of a good size and has a sumptuous queen size bed. There is also a TV in here which has Sky channels. The second bedroom has a double bed. Both beds will be spotlessly made up using hotel quality linen. There will also be plenty of space in the wardrobes of both bedrooms for you to hang your clothes up and store your belongings away.
The main bathroom has a bath with a shower attachment, toilet and basin. The en-suite to the master bedroom has a shower with a luxurious waterfall shower head, toilet and basin. Large fluffy white towels and toiletries will be provided for every guest.
Guests have complete access to the flat. Additionally I’ve arranged for a concierge service to be available to you throughout your stay, providing you with free on-demand support for booking restaurants, tickets to shows, transport...or anything else you might fancy! You can also book additional housekeeping services like regular cleans or changes of bed linen. I hope that this will help you get even more out of your stay. When I’m not there, you will be hosted by a professional hospitality company who I’ve engaged to look after you in my absence. They are on call to attend to your every need, as I would be.
Marylebone is an affluent area in Central London and is home to some of London’s main tourist attractions. This includes the home of the most famous, fictional detective in the world, Sherlock Holmes. Rub shoulders with the stars at Madame Tussauds which is just a 5 minute walk away. The charming Marylebone high street is a 4 minute walk away. The highstreet is lined with traditional pubs, beautiful boutiques and shops. Oxford Street which is London’s most famous shopping street is a 16 minute walk away.
This property is in a fantastic location in terms of being able to get around London quickly and easily. The nearest station is Baker street which is a 5 minute walk away. This has connections to the Jubilee, Bakerloo, Circle, Metropolitan and Hammersmith and City lines. If you would prefer to travel by bus there are a number of bus stops along Marylebone Road. However as this property is so centrally located, many of London’s main attractions are within walking distance.
