Casa Las Vinas which is in MORAIRA is a superb, spacious, luxury family home with all the amenities of a modern villa. Settled in beautiful garden it is the perfect holiday getaway for a large group, or two families, wishing to holiday together but with some degree of privacy. Walking to the shops and local restaurants. There is a 60' Smart TV with Sky channels and Spanish TV, large swimming pool and landscaped gardens. Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms.

The apartment is in the same area as the house and is NOT rented out seperatley.

In the area of Baladrar, Moraira, within walking distance of restaurants, supermarket and the beach at Baladrar.

Parking for 3 or 4 cars. The main house has a Master bedroom with en suite, full marble bathroom and walk-in shower and 2 twin bedrooms with family shower room. Fully fitted kitchen with walk-in pantry. Off the kitchen is a lovely courtyard with BBQ and gate to garden. Large sitting room with plenty of seating,TV etc.. Dining room area looking out to the beautiful gazebo area, the amazing landscaped gardens, the large swimming pool with Calpe Rock in the background.

The other 2 bedrooms are in the apartment which is NOT RENTED SEPARATELY. YOU HAVE THE USE OF THE PROPERTY AS SA WHOLE. It has lounge/diner and fully fitted kitchen. Shower room with walk-in shower.For more detailed information please see below.

Main House. On arrival, enter the large driveway through electronic gates. The front door leads into a hallway off which lies the fully-fitted kitchen with granite tops. American fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and gas hob. Walk-in pantry which keeps food cool in the summer. French doors lead to courtyard with wooden table, bench seating and barbecue. 2 twin bedrooms, which share a shower room, are also accessed from this hallway.

Passing the courtyard (internally) will bring you to the large, bright lounge with plenty of seating. A fireplace is the centre piece of the room. There is a 60? Smart TV on the side wall for viewing satellite TV with English (including Sky) and Spanish channels or DVD. At the far end of this room is the dining area with views through 3 sets of patio doors to the many terraces, gazebo and 15x3m swimming pool.

The staircase leads up to the spacious master bedroom with air conditioning, ceiling fan and a 6 ft. bed. Full wall of wardrobes. Patio doors with mosquito nets open out onto the balcony over looking the garden and pool with views of Calpe Rock, the sea and the mountains. The master bathroom is marble throughout and has a bath, basin, toilet and walk-in shower.

The apartment has external access from the garden level.It is a separate, self-contained apartment with lounge/diner and an American style kitchen with oven, hob, fridge, microwave and washing machine. There is a sofa (can be turned into a bed) and rattan style chairs and a portable TV for use with the DVD player. A small lobby leads to a twin-bedded room with fitted wardrobes and a double-bedded room, also with fitted wardrobes; bedside tables and lamps. The separate shower room has walk-in shower, WC and wash basin.

The villa has beautiful, extensive landscaped gardens. Large private swimming pool.

The villa is approximately one hour’s drive away from both Alicante airport, one and a quarter from Valencia airport

Gardens: Outside are stunning grounds ideal for relaxing or playing bat and ball games.

Manicured gardens and stepped terraces with rustic tiles leading to a lawned area and orchard beyond. There is also an ornate fish pond and pétanque area. At the end of the swimming pool is a covered seating area. Sun loungers, various tables and chairs.

The property is ideal for weddings, 2 other properties nearby sleeping 8-10 in each.

As soon as we drove through the gates of Casa Las Vinas we instantly knew that we were in a special place! The property is set in extensive, stunning gardens, the design of which has been so cleverly thought through, and offers a number of different secluded spots where you can sit and relax (particularly useful if you want half an hour away from the kids to read in peace!).We are a family of four with two children aged 6 & 11, and visited for two weeks in August. We have enjoyed a number of villa holidays over the years in various locations, but I have to say that Casa Las Vinas comes top of the list.Everything about this property is superb. We spent most of our days around the unique pool and terrace area. The pool is unusually long and is great for swimming lengths to work off a big breakfast. The pool terrace is extensive (it would probably have 30 sun loungers around it ,if it were a hotel) and the children loved playing in and around the pool area.There is an extensive covered dining terrace adjacent to the house with beautiful views of the gardens and enough room for the largest of families, where we enjoyed many a long, lazy lunch. At night, there is lighting throughout the gardens, pool area and dining terrace , making it the perfect spot for an al fresco evening meal.The property itself is spacious &includes all of the amenities that you could possibly require including Sky TV & wi-fi. The master bedroom has a balcony with seating area that has gorgeous views across the sea to Calpe Rock - a great place to sit with a cold drink as the sun goes down. There are a number of nice restaurants within walking distance - we didn't get the chance to try them all. Our favourite was Rhonda, which is only a few hundred yards walk from the villa. We ate there several times and the food and service were excellent on each visit. There is a small pebble beach with a nice beach bar within easy walking distance. The centre of Moraira is a couple of miles down the coast road. A lovely town that really has not been spoilt by the tourist industry. There is a nice beach there with free parking, and there many nice restaurants. Taxis are plentiful and reasonable if you do not want to take the car into town. We walked back from the town on a couple of nights, stopping off half way for a drink at a lovely bar with tables overlooking the sea. The local supermarket is walking distance via a back road. All in all I cannot recommend this property highly enough for all ages

Las Vinas is a short walk to the local, shops, supermarket and various bar and restaurants. Also the local beach at Baladra. It is a five minute drive to Moraira town and its golden sandy beaches and full amenities. Moraira which was originally a fishing village. It still has fishing boats but is now enjoyed by many Europeans on holiday. It has kept it's charm and feeling of a village community. Set in a valley running down to the sea. There are no high rise building and the majority of properties are privately owned villas. There are many beaches. One is in the town & anther one is at El Portet which a short drive from the town centre. Club Nautica in the heart of the marina is lovely for a relaxing lunch while watching the boats. Calpe 15 minutes & Benidorm 25 minutes drive away with the theme and water parks . Alicante Airport is one hour away and Valencia one and a quarter hours away.

Other Activities: Go kart

Golf: Club Ifach is a 5 minute drive from the house. It is an 9 whole course.

There are 8 other courses within a 30 minute drive of the villa.

Overall the house has various seating areas. 8 in the sitting room 4 in the apartment. In door eating in the dining room seat 6. Outside in total 16 chairs. The large round table in the picture plus a small glass table and chairs. Table and chairs on the mast bedroom terrace. Suitable for active elderly as there are steps to the pool. Ideal for weddings. 2 other properties near by that sleep 8 - 10 for a larger group. Beach towel can be provided at a small charge. Child equipment i.e., cot, high chair on request. Dogs only on request.

Fantastic Holiday!

Our party consisted of four generations of our family. The villa was perfect for our needs and everything was provided for our comfort. The various seating areas meant there was always the choice of sun or shade and everyone could enjoy peace and quiet or company. The pool is fantastic and the grounds are beautiful and immaculately kept. When we had a small plumbing problem it was dealt with the same day and Coral was extremely helpful before and during the holiday. We have already recommended the villa to friends and we would love to return one day soon. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Stunning location, service and holiday

My party consisted of 7 people with a varied age range, all of which were more than catered for. The villa is situated in a peaceful picturesque location very close to surrounding bars and restaurants and approx. 1hr drive from Alicante Airport.

The villa is of very high standards and is extremely spacious with very generous gardens with a relaxing pool and dinning area. From the moment that you arrive at the villa through its automatic gates, you feel that you have made a great holiday choice. The accommodation is split over two levels, upper level that has sleeping quarters master and separate twin bedroom (with Master having its own stair case). Master has great views of the surrounding village and coast line, along with Calp rock, all enjoyed through a separate private veranda. The garden level which is split, has canopied dining quarters, leading to lower level dominating by a sun terrace and generous pool, along with gas fired BBQ.

The lower level of the house consists of spacious lounge (with 60 inch TV), separate BBQ area, bathroom, bedroom and kitchen (which has water + ice dispenser, very handy).

The villa also has an adjoining apartment that sleeps 4 people (1 double + 2 twins) with its own kitchen, living and bathroom space surrounded by lower garden levels.

All bedrooms equipped with air conditioning.

The remainder of the villa is surrounded by considerable gardens and associated flower beds. For an appreciation of the size of the villa and gardens explore through Google earth

The surrounding area has numerous supermarkets, bars and restaurants with Benidorm only 20mins away by car.

Fantastic place to stay, very relaxing and the management team that run the villa are nothing short of very helpful, attentive and understanding. Would most certainly come back next year without any hesitation, thank you.

Excellent Villa in Luxury Surroundings

We have been renting villas in Moraira for 9yrs and as our family has grown so has our need for larger villas.

This villa was superb and really met our needs, 2 family's of 4 and my parents and we all had our own space with plenty of seating areas to chill out and relax.

The gardens and pool area are probably the strongest feature and are stunning.

The villa itself is great, it's not one of the soulless new builds but then you also have to appreciate that it's an older property so has a slightly more quirky design. Inside has enough space to leave the kids set up beside the TV whilst the adults sit in a separate sofa area which again is great.

Coral and her team who manage the property were fantastic and couldn't have been more helpful.

My only point to note (not a fault at all but worthy of note) is that the gardens are exstensive and lead down to the pool, if you have a very young toddler you would need to keep an eye on them. This said my niece is just approaching 2yrs and we were fine.

Great property and would definitely check its availability for our next trip.

Fantastic Find !

This was our first time in Moraira and at the Villa. We had a really great time and were delighted with both.

We were 3 families spanning 3 generations from 20 months to 80yrs. The villa was comfortable and clean and the descriptions were very accurate. Fantastic pool !

We never met the owners or the manager. Everything was handled by email in a very professional helpful and timely manor.

Great location. Two good restaurants within walking distance. 2 mile walk from the centre of Moraira where their are lots of locations. Benidorm 40 minutes away by car, where theres a great water park.

We had a great stay and holiday.

We hope to return again soon.
