This luxury three bedroom air conditioned penthouse apartment offers sweeping views of La Manga Club and to the Mar Menor. Two outdoor communal pools and one indoor heated pool on the club, with jacuzzi, make Los Olivos, centrally located, opposite the Tennis Centre, within a short stroll from some of La Manga Club's best restaurants, a superb all year round holiday location. This apartment has a really light and spacious lounge with SkyTV, DVD, wireless internet access, and stereo. There is also a lovely dining area inside and wide patio doors leading to a large balcony, itself housing a barbeque, dining table and chairs and sun loungers. A second balcony, perfect to catch the winter sun, is at the rear of the property, accessed via a spiral staircase in the lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. The apartment has a main bedroom with king-sized bed, a twin bedroom (can adapt to double if required) and a third bedroom also with twin beds.

Excellent apartment

An excellent apartment. Clean, spacious, well equipped and well maintained. Owner very helpful. Perfect spot for tennis players - 5 minutes walk to the courts. We had 3 children with us, aged 12-16, and they happily took themselves to tennis (and we could even see where they were from the balcony) and the pools.

Excellent apartment. Very helpful owner with genuine care and attention shown. Apartment immaculate and very spacious. Lovely sun terraces and very quiet. TV etc very good for kids as is location just a little away from pool making it more private but close enough to walk to pool. Very comfortable bedrooms and sitting room. Kitchen very good. Could not find fault with this. It was perfect. Looks over tennis courts.

La Manga Club resort is a village in itself with bars, restaurants and everything you could want close at hand. A local minibus service takes you around the resort but a car is advised if you want to travel beyond the Club. Los Belones is the closest town and Cartagena and Murcia are nearby cities, both steeped in history and with an abundance of places to eat and shop. plenty of nearby beaches at La Cala on the resort, Mar de Cristal a couple of miles away; and wild, unspoilt beaches of the Mediterranean coast less than 20 minutes away. La Manga 'Strip' as it is known and the fishing village of Cabo de Palos are both 20 minutes away.

Other Activities: all sports available; a major retail park is 15 minutes away and both Cartagena and Murcia offer shops, restaurants and all other amenities.
