I bought this villa for myself to live in while not renting out: it has impressive views, during the evening when things quiet down we can hear the sea. At the same time it's not only looking at the sea, it's integrated in the village with a nice public petanque parque opposite the villa, and the road surrounding the villa leads in 200 metres to the entrance of the national natural park.
It's located at 300m from the first restaurant, 400 metres from Albir centre, the supermarket, the shops so you don't need a car, it's a 5 minutes walk. It's a 3 minute walk to the entrance of the natural parque with the light house a great place for jogging, walking and pic nic.
