An overwhelming & superb Andalusian style villa with 12 sleeps has a short distance to great beach area. A private pool and wonderful outdoor features near Santa Maria Golf Club.

This outstanding villa with 4 double bedrooms + 1 family bedroom with 2 independent rooms ensuite for 4 persons, 4 bathrooms and a guest toilet is located 250 meters from Santa Maria Golf Club and less than 2 km to the beach. Sleeps in total 12 persons.

This villa is one of a kind. A typical Andalusian construction with hand paved pebble decorated entrance and outdoor terrace. The decorating skills of the owner have made the entire property to a high end and wonderful holiday home. A fantastic opportunity complimenting your well-deserved holiday.

The impressive entrance of the villa with elevated ceiling 6 meters above ground level has a guest toilet and gives access to the first floor with 3 bedrooms. The other 2 bedrooms are on ground floor level.

The tremendous size and more than a well-equipped kitchen with dining table have a warm atmosphere. The centre isle gives the possibility of joining the chef whilst preparing dinner.

From the kitchen, there is direct access to both the patio towards the north and the partly covered terrace towards the south. The terrace towards south has a sofa group complemented with fine views to the Mediterranean. The terrace, garden & pool area provide a dining table, large gas BBQ. The well-maintained garden is orientated directly south and consequently has the sun throughout the entire day.

The terrace is partly covered with sofa group. There are 8 sun lounges and various slumber lounges.

The cosy decorated living has 2 areas; one for lounging the other for gaming. Also from the living, you have access to the covered terrace and garden & pool.

The first floor provides 8 sleeps: 1 family room for 4 persons + 2 bedrooms for 4 persons:

A master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with 2 independent sinks, a bathtub, shower and toilet.

The second bedroom shares the en-suite bathroom with the master bedroom.

The 3 bedroom is divided into 2 rooms with both double beds and perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. This room has an en-suite bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet.

The ground floor has 2 bedrooms 1 with a double bed, and another with 2 single beds. Both have en-suite bathrooms with shower, toilet and sink.

You can take a walk along the beach to the west and along the beach, you find all kind of restaurants, bars and beach clubs and the typical Spanish chiringuitos (beach bars). Check out Beach House, Nikki Beach, Restaurant El Laurel or a Cuban-inspired chiringuito Ranchon Cubana with lots of live music.

Distance to the cosy old Town of Marbella is 11 km and it is a 15 minutes’ drive to the famous harbour of Puerto Banus, where high-end designer shops, exclusive yachts, fast cars, discotheques and bars and a great variety of restaurants is presented.

Also in the middle of Europe’s greatest golf area with over 30 golf courses.

Extra bed/sofa bed:

No possibility for extra sleeps.

Baby cot & high chair:

We inform you that we gladly arrange a baby cot and high chair for you. The price of one week is Euro 30. For 2 weeks is Euro 50 including bed sheets. Ask the office.

Change bed sheets & towels:

If you require delivery of clean bed sheets and towels during your stay please do advise us when you make a reservation. The price is Euro 10 p. person. A minimum of 6 sets is required. Ask the office.
