The Acqua studio is characterized by a four-poster bed in natural wood, with anti-mosquito glaze, a complete "foldaway" kitchen because it is integrated in a suspended cabinet with lid to hide it when not in use. The bathroom, very spacious and with an anteroom separated by a glass door, is equipped with a 0.7x 1.6m full-wall shower. The decorative elements made use the original "cement tiles" of the bathroom. The room is accessed from the garden for exclusive use. The room has an independent entrance, from the portion of the garden for exclusive use. each element inside was chosen with extreme care and reconciled with the original floor decorated with cement tiles: the four-poster bed in natural wood dominates the room; the cabinet that hides a kitchen inside was handcrafted, as well as the large wardrobe closet; the dressing room is separated from the bathroom by a precious full-height glass door facing the large shower; the support surface of the washbasin was obtained from the olive trees in the garden while the mirror above it was made using one of the old windows of the house. Also look for room lighting choices. Air conditioner, baseboard heating and wall TV contribute to the sense of comfort in the room. The villa is surrounded by a one hectare garden; each housing unit has its own courtyard and its own green space for exclusive use. A large internal car park is available to our guests, as well as to your guests. Upon returning from the sea, reachable on foot in a few minutes, you can take advantage of an outdoor shower, surrounded by greenery. If you wish, we can organize a tour of the complete garden (it hosts about 500 species of plants and flowers) with a visit to the upper part of the land which is also the most panoramic. The ancient villa, in which you will stay, is located inside the one-hectare garden where the new villa where we reside also stands; so if necessary in two minutes we can be at your disposal. The studio apartment can be rented together with the other two rooms (Villa Labruto - Terra room and Villa Labruto - Aria e Fuoco apartment) to reach a total availability of 10 places.
