Marlynes 2 is a delightful garden studio apartment in central Cannes, 1 block from La Croisette & the famous beaches! On the ground floor sleeping 2-4 people with spectacular private, enclosed garden & canopied sun terrace & private parking.

The studio is in an exclusive quiet, private gated road, minutes from the Boulevard de la Croisette. A minutes walk will take you to both Palm Beach, Bijou Plage, Moure Rouge, Handiplage and Petit Plages as well as well as several local supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy, butcher etc. The Palais du festival is a 10-15 minute walk along the beach and the A8 bus runs in a loop from your door along the Croisette and back again several times each hour.

The studio has just been re-furnished to a high standard with new luxury double bed,sofa bed and new Hygena fitted kitchen in a separate area. Fantastic new walk in shower, w.c. and basin, spotlights and air conditioning. With TV, satellite for FTV UK channels, DVD player & all new fittings this a not to be missed studio.

What makes this apartment unique

Great garden, perfect central location just off the Croisette. Short walk to several great sandy beaches with restuarants. Local square is fab for the evening and private off street car parking.

I am posting this in the hope that no one ever rents to this awful couple francesca peduzzi. They played on my honesty and trust and said that their dog was dehydrating and they needed urgent access and would pay on arrival...I arranged for my cleaner to visit on the Tuesday by which time they had trashed the apartment, used all the sheets and towels, left the kitchen filthy and done a runner leaving the place in a mess & stolen 2 nights accommodation from me. I have reported them to the police - please no one rent to them. It now makes me feel that I can never trust anyone again......

Located in central Cannes just off the Boulevard de la Croisette, the famous beach front promenade. We are at the Palm Beach end of this beautiful strip and within a few minutes walk of several beaches. There are many lovely beachside restaurants and cafes very close by and the beautiful Place de L'Etang, the home of the game of Boules and a square that has just been totally renovated with new paving and lighting etc. This is an ideal location for a holiday without a car (but we do have private parking) and we are within 20 minutes walk of the old town at the other end of the Croisette. This is a perfect spot for conference delegates within easy walking reach of the Palais du Congress and yet a quiet and peaceful spot to relax in our very secluded and sunny private garden.

Other Activities: Very central - walk everywhere!!

  • TOTALLY REFURBISHED FOR 2014!! Everything has been renewed and redone. This elegant studio apartment also has a lovely private garden with sun terrace. There is a new full size double bed & double sofa bed and is a perfect location for 2-4. So centrally located you don't need a car but there is free private parking if needed. A very short 2 minute walk to several sandy beaches with great restaurants as well as the famous Croisette promenade. Several local shops are also tucked away within a few minutes walk so you can buy all you need including papers, pizza and produce for al fresco lunches in our great private sunny garden. The historic and newly restored Place de L'Etang is 2 minutes away and is famous for its historic boules area & wonderful cafes and restaurants. Everything is on the doorstep and you will not find a better located and fabulous studio. Aircon now installed too and a brand new Hygena kitchen and fab new walk in shower room.

An ideal hideaway

An ideal pied a terre in a quiet, secure location with easy access to the shops, restaurants and beaches of Palm Beach. Large, well equipped outdoor space ideal for relaxing and dining al fresco. The studio is a nice stroll into Cannes itself, with the the Croisette less than five minutes away and the bus stop could not be handier. Good listing of the facilities, owner easy to contact ahead of the booking, and quick to respond to any email enquiries. Details were comprehensive and easy to comprehend. Clean, tidy and bijou I would happily recommend the studio to another couple or individual.

Cute modern apartment in quiet area.

We had a wonderful stay in this small but lovely apartment. It was clean and well kept. The lovely sunny garden and patio was a bonus. Close enough to the Croisette to enjoy the events happening there but in a quiet area for some peace when necessary.

Highly recommended!

We like this garden flat so much we have returned year after year. It has recently been very nicely renovated. It's in a wonderfully calm area with shops and beaches within walking distance. The owner is quick to help with any problems that might arise.

Great location

Beautifully renovated studio with air conditioning throughout. The bed is comfortable, as is the sofa (though we didn't use it unfolded). There is an inside table in case of rain, but otherwise we had all our meals on the sunny terrace overlooking the garden. The location is great, as there are plenty of shops and beaches within walking distance.

The owner quickly answers any questions and the studio manager is very helpful.

Lovely fortnight

We had a super time here again last summer. Everything you could need is within short walking distance and there's a frequent bus service into the centre. There are a couple of beaches within a 5 minutes walk and the garden is great for just lazing on deck chairs or eating 'al fresco'!

Sunny and central garden studio in Cannes

We had a great time in this little studio...the sun shone and it was a few minutes walk to the sandy beaches - with great beach bars/restaurants also. We had picnics some days and could walk to the local shops which were just around the block. No need for a car and the small private garden was perfect for sunbathing and all our meals were taken outside. We will definitely come again...the local square was great in the evenings and it was fun watching the boules players also.

We had lovely walks along the beachfront to the main shopping areas which were about 15 minutes away along the beach.
