Partially renovated in 2017, this fantastic apartment is housed in a wonderful building that retains the original style of the bourgeois construction of the late 19th century island, but integrates modern elements such as the elevator, which will delight the less sporty . They are seven apartments very similar that can be rented as a whole or separately.
The property has 85 m2 of living space and its distribution is fantastic, since it takes advantage of the space integrating the living room as a center of distribution of the rooms, while giving them independence. It has two completely independent double bedrooms, one of them with capacity for two people in a large comfortable double bed and a large wardrobe, and another with capacity for two people with two comfortable single beds. Thanks to this careful distribution, the luminosity invades every corner of the house, so you can always enjoy natural light in the interior. The fully refurbished bathroom has a comfortable shower.
The living room is furnished with a modern black leather sofa bed, has a flat screen TV, as well as a cozy fireplace and a comfortable dining table.
The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for your stay.
We can accommodate 4 to 5 people, with an extra price, sleeping in sofa-bed.
