The property has 75 m2 of living space and its distribution is fantastic, since it takes advantage of the space integrating the living room as distribution center of the rooms, while giving them independence. It has two completely independent double bedrooms, one of which can accommodate two people in a large and comfortable double bed and a large wardrobe, and another with a capacity of two people with two comfy single beds. Thanks to this careful distribution, the luminosity invades every corner of the house, so you can always enjoy natural light in the interior. The bathroom has a large bathtub.
