About the property

Modern Beach Apartment, 2 Bedroom, Wifi, Secure Parking, 10 min Town Quay.

Our apartment is close to a safe beach with great views, family park, town amenities, good public transport, and has the extra bonus of the ferry terminal to the Channel islands and France. The accommodation has a safe balcony with table and chairs perfect for morning coffee, there are outside seating in the public areas, leading on to the footpath which leads onto the beach.

You will have total free use of the kitchen including Cooker, Microwave, Washer Dryer etc.

We have a hands off approach with our guests, allowing you to have your own space. We will always try to be around to offer help with your queries. We normally live within the Poole area, so we can attend to any problems assistance or recommendations we will be on hand to help.

There are lots of attractions in around Poole, including Beach's, Sailing, Fishing, Watersports, Bovington, Horse Riding, Canoeing, Tank Museum etc etc,

Getting around

There is secure parking, very good public transport with bus stops within a couple 100meters from the door. The main line railway is less than 1 mile with ferry's travelling to France and other locations within 300 metres. There is also a national bicycle path leading on to Bournemouth. Bicycle Hire. You’ll feel totally secure with the friendly neighbourhood, gated parking and comfy beds. Also enjoy the relax quietness of the area, but close enough for great local restaurants and pubs. The property is excellent for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.

Lovely Apartment

We spent a weekend at the apartment & were very impressed. It is very well equipped & beautifully finished. Unfortunately it was the wrong time of the year to take advantage of the balcony but the side sea view is impressive. It is within easy walking distance of Poole town centre but unfortunately the nearest bridge is closed at present making it quite a bit further. The nearby park & beach are very pleasant. the area is mainly residential & very quiet although the "Sunseeker" yacht builders is nearby & we enjoyed seeing the amazing yachts moored there!

Owner's Response: It was a pleasure to have Jane and her guest stay at our apartment. It was a shame that the nearer bridge has been under going repairs, but I am pleased to say that the Old Poole lifting bridge is due to reopen next week on the 24th November making the walk into the Old Town and Quay area only a 5 minute stroll. We are glad that you enjoyed the views over Poole Harbour and the Purbeck Hills. Jane would be welcomed to stay in the future perhaps when the weather is warmer so she could really appreciate the lovely close by beach and park.

Owner's Response: It was a pleasure to have Azrah stay at our apartment and she would be welcomed to stay in the future perhaps when the weather is warmer so she could really appreciate the lovely beach and put into the practise the new skill of paddle boarding which she learnt in the Hamworthy bay.
