About Sonya Borba

I grew up in the South Bay area and Germany. I purchased this condo with the intention of being close to work at Warner Brothers (only a mile away and much less of a commute) After much deliberation I've left my position as a director there to pursue interests in real estate investment and am back to living in the South Bay with my fiancée and pets. The condo itself is nestled in the back and feels quaint. It has a modern appeal to it. I especially love the spa, full gym and BBQ amenities. It's perfect for entertaining or for a quiet night in.

There's nothing like reading a book on a lazy Sunday or having my friends over for an impromptu get-together. This condo is perfect for both. Centrally located, I am able to get anywhere in the LA area in a short amount of time.

A great apartment for the family. Plenty of room, everything you could ever need and close to all of the things a tourist wants to do.

Great location and apartment

The property was very clean and well maintained with all the essentials (cable tv, high speed wi-fi). Location was perfect and with off-street parking. We would definitely stay here again. A couple of minor criticisms/suggestions: water pressure in bathroom taps was low (showers and kitchen were fine); a “welcome” pack would be nice for travellers arriving late - maybe some tea/coffee/bottled water.

Great vacation rental

We stayed here for vacation while visiting family. It was clean and up to date. Loved having 2 bathrooms and a spare mattress. The beds were comfortable and apartment conveniently came with a garage parking spot. The location was great for us- close to the highway but quiet, as we traveled around the LA area.

Great stay in Burbank

We had a great 3 week stay at this condo located in Burbank on the border of Toluca Lake. The condo was clean, well furnished and had all the amenities you could possibly need in a temporary rental. We would definitely consider a return stay in the future. My only suggestions would be to have some hangers available in the closet and if it can possibly be corrected, the water pressure in the bathroom faucets was weak (although showers and kitchen faucet were fine.) Overall grade=A.

Great location for a visit.

Booked for 7 days. Great location to visit attractions as Burbank by passess LA. The Observatory and universal are minutes away. Dedicated parking, very quite. Soya is just a phone call away for any guidance. The apartment is clean, functional and quiet. Great experience and would visit again. Thankyou Sonya.
