This beach side marine property is direct beach access from the garden. With a small protecting wall to step over, you are there onto your beach to enjoy.

7 Aldwick Avenue is a modern three bedroom house with a large private garden, parking for several cars, with a park with in 200 meters and beach cafe.

It has a large kitchen diner with garden access, dining room with garden access and a raised lounge giving views across the sea and also garden access.

There is a large raised patio from the loung, a patio from the dining room and a large patio at the end of the garden all with great sea views.

Three comfortable bedrooms, two with beach views and one with balcony access.

Two bathrooms ( one En-suite) and a ground floor shower room.

Beautifully furnished and equipped plus a table football table in the dining room.

Only a few miles from Chichester and Goodwood plus many other local attractions.

About Martin

We bought is fantastic house to enjoy the views from Selsey Bill across the bay towards Brighton. It is great in the summer but also wonderful at all times of the year just to sit in the lounge and watch the sea or walk along the beach .
