40% discount for Feb/March '18. One SUPER LARGE self-sustaining en-suite bedroom in a top floor penthouse next to Lewisham Station London. Fully furnished with a bathroom, TV, wash machine, mini-fridge, plates/cutlery, microwave, toaster and kettle in the room. 3 supermarkets downstairs open till mid night (Sainsbury & ASDA) or 24/7 (Tesco). 5 minutes walk to Lewisham Train Station (with fast trains to central London under 15-20 minutes) and Lewisham Shopping Mall with many restaurants & stores.

This en-suite bedroom is one of the two bedrooms in this penthouse. It is more than 20 sqm, fully furnished with brand new modern furniture. It has a bathroom/toilet, TV, mini fridge, wash machine, plates/cutlery, microwave, toaster and kettle all within the room. It is 100% self-sustaining and self-locked, with 100% convenience and privacy. Two ppl maximum for each booking, Please be quiet non-smokers with no children.

You have all the possible living and dining amenities in this en-suite bedroom alone (so no need for more kitchen or living room). The outside kitchen, living room and balcony of this penthouse will be used mostly by the other long-term tenant (a City professional) in the other bedroom, who is super nice btw and can help you with all the questions about visiting London etc. If you do need to use the outside kitchen and living room, please talk to the other tenant first. Please be quiet and considerate in general, NOT to come back home past mid night please.

There are 3 supermarkets downstairs open till mid night (Sainsbury & ASDA) or 24/7 (Tesco). Under 5 minutes walk to the Lewisham Train Station and the Lewisham Shopping Mall with all major restaurants and stores.

This ensuite bed room is within 5 min walking distance the Lewisham Train Station. Every 3-5 minutes, there will be fast trains to all central London locations under 20 minutes (e.g. 10 min train to London Bridge/London Tower, 13 min to Waterloo/Westminster/London Eye, 14 min to Canary wharf, 15 minutes to Cannon Street/The City/St.Paul's Cathedral, 18 min to Charing cross/Soho/Trafalgar Square/West End theatres and 20 min to Victoria/Hyde park/Oxford Circus).

Like a 5 star hotel!

You can’t find a better place under this price! Al is very helpful and considerate, gave me a lot of info how to visit London. The flat itself is decorated very glassy like a 5 star hotel. My ensuite bedroom is clean with comfortable memory foam mattress. Lewisham station is just 3 min walk away, frequent trains directly to central London under 20 min, supermarkets just downstairs. Will definitely come back again.

Amplio y bien comunicado

Aunque Lewisham no es el lugar mas centrico de Londres está perfectamente comunidado, a quince minutos de Charing Cross, y con paradas de metro, tren o autobus, a menos de cinco minutos del apartamento.

El apartamento es muy amplio , con una cama muy cómoda, y aunque no tienes las comodidades de una casa completa, si dispone de algunos complementos para poder hacerte un café, calentarte algo en el microondas, o tomar algo fresco de la nevera.

Cuando quisimos hacer algo más que recalentar, cocinar por ejemplo, pero poco que para eso estabamos de vacaciones, le preguntamos al inquilino, y no hubo ningún problema.

Todo correcto, recomendable, mas teniendo en cuenta que el precio es inmejorable.
