The state of the art entertainment system will keep adults and children entertained for hours.

Relax in the private pool or turn on the resistance jets if you are looking to burn off some calories before dinner. An extra fee of €112 / £100 per week is applicable to cover heating costs. please enquire when booking.

About Us:

We are a family owned Company based in the UK. Our aim is to provide quality accommodation to suit all budgets. We have purchased properties in destinations that remain largely undiscovered by UK tourists but offer spectacular beaches, sites of historical interest and incredible places to eat and drink with an emphasis on local food and culture.

We have 2 beautiful villas located on the same street in Peniscola. The booking process will be managed from our UK office where we will be on hand to answer any queries. Its not always possible but our aim is to be available from 7 AM to 9 PM.

We have put together a fantastic local team in Peniscola to assist you during your stay. Our representative will give you an introduction to the property either on the day you arrive or the following day. We will provide contact numbers for emergencies ...or perhaps you just want a restaurant recommendation for dinner? We will do our best to make sure you have a wonderful holiday.

Getting there:

Flights are available from Stansted and Bristol to the nearby Castellon airport. From here it's a 30 minute drive to the villa. On leaving the airport there is a choice of toll road or A road - both are OK, the toll road is slightly quicker and with virtually no traffic on! Castellon airport is very quiet which helps to keep stress levels down and if the flights suit we would certainly recommend you use it.

The next alternative is Reus airport which is approx. 1 hr away.

There are numerous flights from the UK to Valencia airport. This is approx 1hr 20 mins but with a very straight forward onward journey using the toll road. This is where most of our guests fly into.

Slightly further out is Barcelona which is a 2.5 hour drive down the coast. This is more popular with our continental guests.

There is a detached garage available for parking - the door will be left open for your convenience.

Getting around:

Although not essential we would recommend hiring a car, which is cheap and easy in Spain. The villa is situated a couple of km's from the main town. The volume of traffic is much lower than in the UK so inexperienced drivers should not be put off. There are of course numerous taxi's and a bus service runs past the villa in the summer months. Bike hire is available in town and there are some wonderful routes through the nearby national park.

The nearby train station of Benicarlo/Peniscola operates direct to Barcelona. This takes 2 hours and costs approx €60. Why not organise a stress free day trip to Barcelona.

Lovely spacious villa with amazing roof terrace with sea views

Spacious well equipped beautifully furnished villa, private pool and good outside spaces with different dining areas and a lovely private roof terrace. 20 min walk to Peniscola town or 5 min bus ride, stop at the end of the road. Nearest beach across the road, good for snorkelling. Town beaches can be very busy. Peniscola old town has cobbled streets with lots of shops/boutiques and restaurants.

Superbe villa vue magnifique

Une superbe villa très bien équipée, des prestations haut de gamme et une réactivité excellente aux demandes.

Vue magnifique sur la mer et partielle sur la citadelle, quartier calme et agréable, à proximité de la Sierra et de jolies criques sauvages, de belles ballades à effectuer à pied ou en vélo.

Beaucoup d'espaces très agréables à vivre, à chaque étage de la villa, un jardin exotique bien entretenu, comme la piscine.

Des vacances à recommander !

Prachtige accomodatie

2 weken in deze prachtige villa vakantie gehouden.

Ligging van de woning is prachtig, met uitzicht op de middelandse zee.

Tot 's-avonds heerlijk op 'het dak' kunnen bivakkeren, eventueel onder een grote parasol.

In de woning is werkelijk alles (denken wij) aanwezig wat je nodig hebt aan keuken gerei, handdoeken, badhanddoeken etc.

Villa ligt even buiten Peniscola (of aan de rand zoals je wilt).

Prachtige ruimte om de woning met zwembad, verschillende terrassen en zitjes, werkelijk perfect, tevens leuke beplanting bij het huis.

Al met al hebben wij echt kunnen genieten van deze villa.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable , avec un cadre magnifique! Le propriétaire est à l'écoute de tout besoin ou suggestion.. Le personnel qui s'occupe de la villa est disponible et très serviable... Nous avons eu un séjour bien plus agréable que ce qu nous nous imaginions.. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir!!

The sea and coves are within a 5-minute walk. A highly recommended local bar / brasserie is just a 15 min walk away. Peniscola Old Town with a choice of beaches, restaurants and other amenities is 2.0 kms.

Peniscola is known as the "City in the sea " and offers something for all tastes and ages throughout the year. It is famed for its narrow, cobbled streets and Knights Templar history. In the evening it comes alive with numerous restaurants and tapas bars. The atmosphere is lively but very family friendly. Game of Thrones fans will enjoy exploring the medieval Old Town where much of Season 6 was filmed.
