Charming provencal Villa in a gated domaine located in quiet Mougins, close to the old village known for its shops, art galleries and gourmet restaurants. The Villa is a detached house with a beautiful and tranquil garden, outside living areas, and pool. Gated garden with car parking for 2 cars inside. There are 4 sun beds in the garden and outdoor sofas and chairs located in the front and back garden.
This Villa has four bedrooms, Two very large bedrooms on the lower floor , both with two twin beds, fitted wardrobes, doors to the garden, and one shared bathroom. On the top floor there are two bedrooms, both with double bed, fitted wardrobes, and two bathrooms, one en suite to the main bedroom.
The upper floor also has a cosy open plan lounge and dining area with bar to a fully equipped kitchen, and doors to all the ourdoor areas. The front terrace has views of the unspoilt Valmasque Forest, and the large back terrace is where the gas grill is located with steps up to the pool area, and two separate eating areas and separate sofa area to relax under the shade of the large palm tree. The terraces also have large electric shades fitted to the house. From the back garden gate it is just a 5 minute walk to the local bakery.
We can also provide baby/children gear, including a high chair and travel baby cot, and also inflatable pool toys, all at no extra cost. We also have books, board games and cards.
Just 20 minutes drive from Nice airport, 2 minutes walk from the Cannes Mougins Golf Club and a short drive to many other nearby golf courses and the beaches of Cannes, Cannes la Bocca and Mandelieu.

The Villa is close to many sightseeing places and activities and some links are below. The Valmasque Forest nature area is just outside the domain gates for walks. The Villa is a short drive to many very beautiful little old French villages like Valbonne, Mougins old village, and Gourdon - the archetype of a perched village, sitting like an eagle's nest at the end of a rocky spur, enjoying a truly exceptional panoramic view over the coastline. Just getting to Gourdon is an adventure in itself.

The Villa is 2 minutes walk from Cannes Moiugin Golf Club set in the woodland and with a lovely stone Clubhouse makes which is a magnificent centre-piece and the Restaurance La Terrase due 18.
Terre Blanche golf course is 45 minutes drive away and is spectacular.
Opio Valbonne in the grounds of the Château de la Bégude, with tennis courts and a pool also.
Grande Bastide just outside Grasse, Grande Bastide has a very North American feel to the style of the holes. Plenty of water and sand.
Royal Mougins, which also has a SPA and lovely terrace restaurant.

Cannes-Mandeliue - The 'Grand Old Lady' of the Côte d'Azur on flat land under spreading parasol pines. Cannes Mandelieu is a game of four quarters with a river and railway line that split the course North-South and East-West. The railway is negotiated by bridge and the river by the ferryman.
A little further to drive St. Endreol is a spectacular course.
The beaches and beach restaurants of Nice, Cannes, and Mandelieu are close - La Plage at Cannes La Bocca is in a bay and safe for young children - hire a beach bed for a perfect for a day on the beach.
At the beginning of the boulevard du Midi, is Waikki Beach and restaurant - a casual, homey place and an easy walk from the western end of La Croisette.
For shopping there is The Promenade de la Croisette in Cannes and known for the Palais de Festivals and the Cannes Film Festival - It goes completely along the coastline of Cannes.
Water sports, and activities such as canyoning and rapelling in the splendid River Loup are a short drive away. And the wonderful Verdon Gorge is also a day trip.

Water parks and zip wires - There are plenty of water parks - Southern France has Aqualand parks dotted all over the place. For adrenaline out of the water, there are zip wires and tree climbing nets at Canyon Forest, with adventure courses for over-8s close to the Loup. Pitchoun Forest has a course for ages three and up. Riviera Nature Parcours Adventure has sweeping views over the coast and courses for both over fours and older kids.
