Spacious Penthouse apartment with stunning panoramic sea and beach views ON South Milton Sands.

Watch the sun dip into the sea from the choice of two balconies and enjoy uninterrupted panoramic views. Our family's apartment is set between Thurlestone and Hope Cove, on the South West Coast path in the South Hams 'Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty' (AONB).

Swim in the heated pool (private to Thurlestone Rock apartment residents) which is available from late May to late September each year (subject to change).

There are BBQ facilities by the pool or you can BBQ on the beach! Play golf and tennis at the links Thurlestone golf club a short walk away. Hire a kayak or paddle board 2 minutes from your apartment during the summer season. Eat out at numerous restaurants within walking distance (a torch will be needed going over to Hope Cove!) or stay on the beach and eat at the Beachhouse, one of the uk’s top seaside venues! Or walk from the door onto the South West Coast path.

There is a huge amount to explore along this stretch of coast and plenty to do!

We live half an hour away and will be available if you have any questions or need any help and in case of an emergency. You will be able to let yourselves in with the codes and enjoy peace and quiet in your own accommodation straight away.
This a quiet, peaceful location. Especially in the evenings when everyone has left the beach and you have it to yourselves! The apartment is almost in the sea with stunning views in an 'Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty' . Places to eat are within walking distance and a local stores/post office is in Thurlestone and one in Hope Cove, also within walking distance (20min walk by the sea).

Getting around

A car is preferable but you can manage without. There is a bus that runs from Thurlestone and from Hope Cove both of which are a walk over the cliffs. Trains from London run to Totnes then there is a bus via Kingsbridge.
