Come and enjoy a comfortable stay with us in Bath at our really Fabulous Modern Townhouse, on 3 floors with a single car private garage plus a single car driveway parking space. Recently completely renovated in a warm contemporary style with a nod to the 1970's origins. We have a lovely private garden, with plenty of seating and decking and even have Palm Trees! Our city centre home really is the perfect home from home for weekends with friends and family breaks. Since opening our doors to guests at the end of September 2017 we have had a stream of delighted customers who leave happy, wanting to return soon. The house is also very well suited to Monday to Friday people working in Bath. Ask for details of our corporate rates. We offer great value midweek stays. Please contact us direct more for details. It has to be said that it is extremely unusual to find a property right in the city centre with its own private parking for two cars and a garden. The house is well laid out. There are 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 with zip and link beds (2 singles or large king size) and a newly fitted ensuite shower room plus tv. Bedroom 2 is a double room with the addition of a good quality single sofa bed. Bedroom 3 is a cleverly designed smaller double room with a low Japanese style platform bed for 2. There is a family bathroom with bathtub and shower over. There's a full double bed sized sofa bed in the lounge area. On the ground floor in the spacious rear hallway area there is another smaller 4 ft double sofa bed which is situated just adjacent to the lovely ground floor shower room. There is access to the rear garden at this point. The garden is private with plenty of outdoor seating. Open plan living/dining/kitchen with a dining table seating up to 10/12 and well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven and hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle. Nespresso machine, with just a few pods to get you started supplied. There is a comfortable 7 seater sofa in the lounge area, 40' flat screen smart TV and a bluetooth music system. The whole house and garden is yours to enjoy. The house can sleeps up to 10. With all linen and towels provided. I also include a breakfast welcome pack, including basics like milk, bread, preserves, tea and coffee etc. Further details of this can be given at time of booking/enquiry and can be tailored to deal with individual dietary requirements. I can also provide top notch in-house private dining at extra cost by arrangement. Great for families and groups alike. Workspace friendly and good for business meetings and corporate guests with the benefit of Super-fast Broadband and free WIFI. Business lunches can be catered for in-house. Hen weekends are very welcome. This is a perfectly located house from which to explore Bath.

Why Jenni Simpkin chose Bath

This and my other property are pretty special (HAUK 6948271) Neither are grand in the same way as some of the larger Georgian townhouses, but they are both superbly well equipped, beautifully furnished and offer a really homely comfortable base. Ideally suited to smaller Hen groups and families. The garden makes it particularly attractive to anyone visiting in the summer months or with children. Luxurious but not pretentious and in a great location. You really won't find a house in such a great location at a better price point. If you aren't looking to stay in one of Bath's grand Georgian properties with a price tag to make your eyes water then this is the house for you! We try to keep the cost reasonable whilst offering you 5 star service and hospitality.

What makes this house unique

Right in the city centre with the rare addition of private parking facilities and a garden. The house has a very special feel to it and the reaction of guests is always delight. Please enquire about single night stays for individuals and couples travelling midweek.

We had everything we needed..it was scrupulously clean and comfortable. Near to town and parks and close to take away venues. Evrything went really well for our family party.

Lovely , pretty house , amazingly close to the town centre of Bath

We were a party of 7 and stayed for the Easter weekend . The house is very clean , nicely furnished and very well equipped . The Kitchen/ living area was great for breakfast/ dinner and relaxing in the evening , great attention to detail , so many lovely touches like scented candles , vases and decoration .Our host Jenni was very helpful and recommended some great places to eat . Thanks a lot for a lovely stay .

Great location for family visit to Bath

The property was perfect for three generations of our family to easily enjoy the city of Bath. The kitchen is well-equipped and nearby stores made it easy to prepare meals on the occasions we chose not to dine out. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms worked well for our needs. We will definitely stay in this home again on our next visit to Bath!

THE WHOLE OF BATH IS YOURS TO EXPLORE FROM THE DOORSTEP. THE ROYAL CRESCENT, ASSEMBLY ROOMS AND THE CIRCUS ARE WITHIN 3 TO 5 MINUTES WALK. THE THERMAE BATH SPA IS A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE AND IS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. THE CHEQUERS IS ONE OFF THE VERY BEST RESTAURANTS IN BATH AND IS 3 MINUTES WALK. THE ROYAL VICTORIA PARK IS A MERE 5 MINUTES WALK AWAY, THE BOTANICAL GARDENS THERE ARE DELIGHTFUL ON A SUMMERS AFTERNOON. ST JAMES SQUARE IS JUST ALONG THE ROAD AND YOU CAN SIT AND ENJOY A DELICIOUS LUNCH OR COFFE/TEA AND CAKE. THE QUAINT PEDESTRIAN ONLY SHOPPING STREET OF MARGAETS BUILDINGS IS A FEW STEPS FROM THE HOUSE WITH A MIXTURE OF CAFE 9GREEN BIRD CAFE0, RESTAURANT (THE FANTASTIC BISTRO RUSTICO ITALIANO) AND AN ECLECTIC MIX OF INDEPENDENT SHOPS. TAKE A WALK UP THE LANSDOWN ROAD TOWARDS THE RACECOURSE AND CLIMB BECKFORD'S TOWER. YOU CAN FOLLOW A ROUTE WHICH TAKES YOU ALONG LANSDOWN CRECENT WHERE A FLOCK OF SHEEP GRAZE IN THE SUMMER. FROM UP HERE YOU CAN ACCESS THE COTSWOLD WAY FOR A WONDERFUL WALK ACROSS OPEN FIELDS AND ACCESS TREMENDOUS VIEWS. TAKE A PICNIC AND ITS A FABULOUS WAY TO SPEND A DAY.
