If you are looking for a no frills family London vacation in a superb location just a few minutes walk from Pimlico Tube station and also the enormous hub of Victoria Station then this flat would be an ideal choice for your visit to the capital.

The dining table in the kitchen is perfect for a get together for breakfast before heading out to explore the sights and attractions of London. The master bedroom on the top floor has a lovely walk in shower en suite and the flat also benefits from a small roof terrace which especially in the summer months would be a real suntrap if you are wanting to top up your tan.

The flat is located in a quiet upmarket residential street of whitewashed terraced houses and the location is a superb base for you to explore all of the delights that London has to offer.

Great family accommodations in a central location

We choose this property based on the room layouts and having 2 full bathrooms. We were very pleased with our choice! Great location on a very quiet street, short walk to the Pimlico tube station where we could easily get anywhere in the city. Close to a Tesco express which had everything you could need.

The flat is exactly as pictured, it is fairly basic but was clean and comfortable for our 10 day stay.

It was nice to have a washer and dryer as well as the 2 full bathrooms. The master was very spacious with tons of storage and a lovely tiled ensuite. We have 3 teenagers so it was great for our sons to have their own single beds in the second bedroom. The third bedroom is really small with a single bed a few shelves but gave our daughter privacy.

The kitchen was well equipped for making basic meals and even had a small dishwasher.

Be prepared to haul your suitcases up 4 flights of stairs!

Nick the property manager was quick to respond to all messages and was very helpful in general.

Overall we were very pleased with this property.

Great location in beautiful quiet neighborhood. Near tube, cafés and shopping.

Our family of five had a great eight day stay. The apartment is in a great location, minutes from the quieter Pimlico station and about 10 mins or so from the bustling Victoria station connecting you to anywhere you'd like to go. We often walked to Buckingham Palace in 25 mins or so. The quiet street is beautiful string of matching facades. We always felt safe walking in the area. Coffee shops, grocery stores, shopping, restaurants are nearby. We loved Rosa's & breakfast from Gail's. The apartment was comfortable and slept all 5 of us perfectly. Owner & management were very kind and responsive. Would highly recommend!

very nice, highly functional

I have nothing bad to say about this rental--the pictures are accurate and everything is clean and in good order. The two bathrooms and two good showers were a very nice feature. There were five of us (our three children ranging in age from 17-21) and the only mild complaint I would have about the physical layout is that there was not really enough seating area for us to gather comfortably in the living room. A bigger couch would have gone a long way, but we did have a great time there. Clean and functional, this may not be a "luxury" unit, but I will say that we also stayed one night in a nearby (allegedly 5-star) hotel prior to our rental, and this worked so much better for us with at least as much comfort and at a decent savings.

The unit is in a nice and very quiet neighborhood only a three minute walk from a Tesco for essentials and a bakery for morning coffee and pastries. Getting to and from the Tube was easy, and from there the whole city (or more) is available to you. We had no concerns about safety walking anywhere in the area. There are a number of pubs and restaurants relatively nearby, including just about anything you could want within a 10-15 minute walk, though there is very little closer than 1/3 to 1/2 a mile away. We definitely felt that we received good value for our rental.

It was perfect

La maison est facile d’accès à Pimlico et il est possible de garer sa voiture devant pour décharger (mais attention, vous devez trouver un parking de lundi 8h30 à vendredi 18h30 en dehors). Nous avons 3 enfants et c’est parfait pour une famille de 5. Les commerces et le métro sont à moins de 5min à pied. Nous avons même eu l’agreable Surprise de pouvoir prendre possession des lieux à 12h. La cuisine est agréable et la petite terrasse fort sympathique pour un petit verre le soir. Nous reviendrons sûrement lors d’un passage à Londres. Merci à Nick !

Nice appartment - quiet and perfectly located when visiting London

We stayed in the appartment when visiting London with our 3, young grown-up, kids. The appartment is located in a quiet street, close to the underground and bus lines, all sort of shops and restaurants. We had plenty of room to stay, and with 2 bathrooms there was plenty of space for us. The thing that could be improved here is the kitchen. The kitchen table is pretty small to seat 5 persons and the kitchen ware needs to be extended. But if you're not cooking - who cares? Enjoy!

Schöne Sommerwoche in London

Wohnung liegt schön zentral zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Kurze Entfernung zur U-Bahn.Grösse der Wohnung sehr komfortabel. Einrichtung etwas abgewohnt. Betreuung durch Nick und Ed sehr aufmerksam, gastfreundlich und nett. Wir können die Wohnung empfehlen.
