LIVING ROOM

Access the house directly into the spacious and stylish living area, boasting natural light coming through the large windows. This room features a large corner sofa, a smaller sofa and 2 armchairs, a fireplace and a TV, perfect for gathering with friends and family. The room is tastefully decorated with stylish pieces of furniture and artwork.

KITCHEN

The spacious bright kitchen features sleek furniture and offers all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, such as gas hob, 2 ovens, a large fridge and freezer, kettle and dishwasher. A dining table for 6 is set under the skylight and there is also a TV in this area. Located on the ground floor, the room boasts light coming through the glass doors leading to the garden.

UTILITY AREA

On the ground floor, just off the kitchen is the utility area, fitted with a washing machine, dryer and sink.

WC

On the ground floor, next to the living room, is a WC with a single wash basin.

FIRST BEDROOM

Located on the first floor, this bedroom sleeps 2 people and is fitted with a bunk bed and a small sofa bed underneath. This room also features a chest of drawers and a wardrobe and the windows look over the garden.

SECOND BEDROOM

This bedroom is also located on the first floor and offers a comfortable double airbed, a TV, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

THIRD BEDROOM

Spacious and bright, this bedroom offers a super king sized bed and bedside cabinets, a TV, chests of drawers and a desk. A stylish sofa is placed by the large windows, perfect for relaxing with a book and there is a vanity desk here as well.

FOURTH BEDROOM

This bedroom is located on the second (top) floor and is fitted with a king sized bed and bedside cabinets, a chest of drawers, a TV and bookshelves. The room is finished in neutral warm colours and is animated by plenty of natural light.

FIRST BATHROOM

Located on the first floor, this bathroom offers a combined bath tub and shower, a single wash basin and a WC.

SECOND BATHROOM

This bathroom is located on the second (top) floor and offers a single wash basin, a WC, a bath tub and a separate walk-in shower.

GARDEN

Enjoy relaxing moments in the lovely private garden, fitted with a large gas BBQ and a hot tub. The garden is astro-turfed and decorated with flowers

Lovely, comfortable, clean home in convenient location

This would have been a very accommodating and perfect home were they not issues with the heat, hot water, and the property management company greatly misrepresenting the location over the Holidays. We traveled as first timers to London from the evening of Dec 24th to the 28th. We had no hot water or heat on the 24th and 25th. The company responded promptly and effeciently when open on the 26th. The real reason for the negative review is the misrepresentation of the location by the management company. I very specifically outlined my desires when choosing a home listed with them. Their recommendation of this home having great dining, convenient markets, lively pubs, close transit, shops, and best of all a great Christmas Market right around the corner all while feeling like a local. This would very much have been an accurate description had ANY of them been OPEN during the dates of our stay! There was not coffee, groceries, transit, dining, ANYTHING open in THIS NEIGHBORHOOD the 24th, 25th, and of course the 26th, Boxing Day, which we forgot about! (Our fault!) Other more central, touristy locations had less closures. I feel strongly that a local property management company has diligence to know and communicate this to us and allow us to decide from there if this neighborhood would be acceptable. In summary, our family's first experience in London was an extreme disappointment. I highly would not recommend a listing by Veeve.
