The house is located in Alghero, Paul Street, 56. For those traveling by air, the house is reached from Alghero airport in just 10 minutes. You can rent a car, or take a taxi or bus, the nearest stop is in Via Don Minzoni. For those traveling by boat, from Porto Torres, Alghero is reachable in 20 minutes, or from Olbia. The house has a living room which gives access to a wide terrace with a lovely sea view, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, balcony with barbecue, two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds, two bathrooms . Ideal location for the beach on foot in just a few minutes and enjoy the nightlife Catalan. Within walking distance of all amenities, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, banks, bus stops and train stations, beaches. Services: The house is equipped with all modern comforts: air conditioning, WIFI, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, laundry service, final cleaning.
We stayed at this apartment in Alghero for 2 weeks at at the beginning of September and would certainly recommend this as a great location to stay at in Alghero. The promenade and beach are reached in a few minutes walking, there are 3 supermarkets just around the corner and the old town is less than 15 minutes walking (a lovely walk along the promenade). The apartment is well equipped with air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob and microwave and it is exceptionally clean. There is a spacious terrace and also a roof terrace. The property manager was very helpful and immediately replaced the faulty satellite box. This is currently a good apartment and with a few improvements could be an excellent apartment, e.g., should have wi fi available as well as some english TV channels and a dvd player. Could also have some more cutlery, cups etc. available and should improve the roof terrace and have some sun beds available.
The advertisement is a little misleading as it states that there is airconditioning in all rooms however there is not any air conditioning in the second bedroom.
Overall, a good apartment in a great location.
Großzügige Wohnung im 6. Stock mit Sonnenuntergang... Ideal gelegen um zu Fuß die bezaubernde Altstadt von Alghero zu besuchen (ca. 10 Min.) und um in Kürze zum nächsten Strand zu gelangen. Ganz in der Nähe sind 3 Supermärkte, Post, Bankomat - kann man alles im Urlaub brauchen!
Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen! Das Wohnzimmer und das Schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert, leider nicht das kleinere 2. Schlafzimmer - hier war es etwas stickig.
Sehr schön die Wohn-Terrasse mit Ausblick. Weiters gibt es eine Küchen-Terrasse und eine Dachterrasse, die über eine Wendeltreppe zu erreichen ist.
Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war bestens. Sie hat uns auch einen Flughafen-Transfer organisiert (20,-- je Fahrt).
Ich würde jederzeit wieder hier wohnen wollen!
