or event in Dublin as not only is it excellently serviced by public transport,we are very close to The Aviva,Croke Park, Bord Gais,02,Clontarf Castle-10 mins away.Airport 20 mins.The ground floor sprawls out into a spacious bright open plan living space,kitchen and dining area.The perfect place to unwind and relax-or for guests to socialise. There is a large bedroom on the ground floor with a bay view window and equipped with a pull out sofa bed.On the first floor there is a snug double bedroom.The master bedroom ensuite boasts incredible large double windows looking out over the sea.The third bedroom has a double bed,a single bed and a pull out bed which in total can sleep four people comfortably(ideal for children)The top bedroom is a double room with great views-We have aloft area which while small has two single beds(This is small and low ceiling)Including the three sofa beds,the property can accommodate 12/14 -people.The main bathroom is on the second floor.Guests have full access to the entire house. Cleaning services can be provide on request -additional cost.A small enclosed patio area with an outdoor table and seated area which guests can make use of.There is car parking available for two cars.Arrangements can be made to facilitate extra parking.We are nearby and contactable- by phone or email and available to assist.The bus to the city centre stops directly outside the property every five mins.The dart/train station is a 15 min walk from the house which can bring you to Howth or Malahide or Greystones,Ideal for day trips.We are within walking distance to many great restaurants in the Clontarf area an ideal location for a family function.Clontarf Castle is a short distance from the house which makes it an ideal location to stay for wedding parties.The house is less than 5 mins drive from Royal Dublin Golf Club and St Anne's Golf Club,and would suit a golfing group.A beach,a sprawling park and local restaurants are all accessible by foot from the property.Ideal for couples,families or large groups.

Clontarf was the perfect place for our family reunion. Great restaurant within walking distance. Easy public transportation to Dublin center, Howth and other sites. Wonderful park to walk, play soccer with the children and relax. Gorgeous sea views.

Charming Home on the Water with Easy Access to Dublin

Theresa was a wonderful hostess. She went above and beyond. We arrived at her beautiful home to find everything we would need for an enjoyable stay. There were delicious scones, Guinness bread-not to be missed, and snacks to greet us. We were a group of 12 and there was plenty of room for all. The beds were comfortable and 2 and 1/2 bathrooms accommodated the group. The living room had a lovely view onto the the back patio. Clontarf is a delightful area to walk around with pubs, cafes, and shops. You can find great places to enjoy a short stroll from the house. We especially enjoyed Kennedy's cafe and The Yacht. We caught the 130 bus line to and from Dublin in front of the house. It was an easy, quick commute into the city centre. Theresa responded quickly to each of our questions with suggestions and ideas. We thoroughly enjoyed staying in her lovely home.

Princess Time!

We stayed at this wonderful Clontarf property for our last day / night in Ireland - it was the luxury "splurge" completion to an amazing trip. Our host, Theresa, was super-responsive and flexible in coordination our check-in time; and she had a selection of cool beverages waiting for us after a long day's drive, as well as other snacks, etc.! The home is beautiful, spacious, impeccably-decorated, and has all modern updates. The view of the bay / channel is beautiful, and the water-side walkway just across the street provided us with a late-evening leg stretch for dog watching, dreaming, and sunset admiring. My wife texted her sister this was the most wonderful place she'd ever stayed, and I think she was right! We loved it, and would come back again in a heartbeat.

Our group of friends stayed here during a stay in Dublin and it was a delight. Theresa is a wonderful and welcoming host. the rooms are lovely, beds comfortable and the view beautiful. public transport easy into Dublin, grocery, restaurants and pubs within walking distance. wholeheartedly recommend.

Amazing host, beautiful home!

We had three families meeting in Dublin for a total of 12 people. Theresa was there to welcome all of us as we arrived at different times. The House was spotless and her extra touches meant the world to us. She even helped me collect our daughter who Is Studying In Dublin this semester. She went above and beyond. Her home is lovely, cozy and immaculate. We can’t wait to return someday!

We loved our stay here! Theresa is an amazing host, we appreciated all the breakfast food, upon our arrival! The house is beautiful and cozy, with enough room for a large group. One of the nicest places we have stayed! Great access to the bus downtown, we left our rental car parked most of the time we were in Dublin. The walking path across the street next to the water, was a wonderful way for us to start each day, walking to the several coffee shops nearby was great as well as the small grocery store around the corner. We would highly recommend a stay here. Thanks for everything Theresa! Come visit us in Colorado!!
