About the apartment:

This 110 square meter apartment is located on the 1st floor of a secure residential apartment building without lift. It is fully furnished and can comfortably host up to 6 guests. The apartment is incredibly spacious thanks to its well thought-out design with separate bedrooms and bathrooms and a spacious gathering area. With beautiful hard wood flooring and modern decorative features, you are sure to feel right at home in this London vacation rental.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, teakettle and more. All pots, pans, crockery and utensils are provided so that you can benefit from the luxury of being able to prepare meals at home. There is a clothes washing machine and drying rack for your convenience, which will allow you to pack light and save room for all of your British souvenirs. An iron and board will also be at your disposal to do some light pressing. There is a dining table and chairs for four so that you can eat meals in the apartment if you fancy staying in one evening instead of eating in one of the many neighborhood restaurants.

The living room is furnished with a large comfortable sofa and armchair. The space is bright and airy, and there is coffee table as well as plenty of additional lighting. There is a flat screen TV that has a mix of English and international channels. A free WiFi connection is available throughout the apartment. The sofa converts into a comfortable bed for two people in order to accommodate 2 additional guests if necessary and extra linens are included for this bed.

The private bedrooms are situated on each side of the living area and each one contains a large double bed, nightstands and plenty of closet space. All sheets and linens are provided and you will find the beds neatly made upon arrival.

Each bedroom has a private en-suite bathroom with a shower, heated towel rail, hand sink and toilet. Complementary toilet rolls, shampoos, shower gels and hand soap will be provided to start off your stay. Luxurious bath towels are provided for 6 people as well. A hair dyer is also included so need to pack one.

A member of our Welcoming Team will meet you upon arrival, give you the keys and entry codes, a tour of the apartment and its appliances, help you to connect to the Wi-Fi and more. You’ll find a personal guidebook in the flat with suggestions on where to eat and shop in the Covent Garden area and what to see and do in London.

About the Covent Garden Location:

This beautiful London holiday rental is located in one of the most vibrant and central areas of London. Right next to Piccadilly Circus and Leicester Square, you will be surrounded by some of London's finest architecture, restaurants and pubs. Green Park and the Horse Guard Parade are a stone's throw away and are the place to be on a sunny day. For those keen on doing some shopping, the popular Oxford Street is only minutes away from the apartment! In the mood for some live theatre? Walk to the West End district where you will a countless number of theatres playing the hottest musicals and comedy acts.

The Covent Garden area is also popular for its exquisite restaurants and bars, and you will be seconds away from all of them! A trip to London would not be complete without a visit to a classic English pub and you will find a wide array of pubs to choose from in this neighborhood.

Within walking distance to three London Underground stations, Covent Garden, Holborn or Leicester Square, you can easily access the other must-see areas of London, including Mayfair and Hyde Park, Kensington Palace and Gardens, Harrods department store, Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament, Buckingham Palace, the London Eye, the Tower of London, Westminster Abbey, Trafalgar Square or Saint Paul’s Cathedral. - Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees apply after 7:00PM.

- Damage Deposit. £400. This will be pre-authorised on your credit card during the check-in.

- Smoking. All of our apartments are non-smoking.

- Pets. Unfortunately furry friends are not allowed in any of our homes.

- Parties. The apartment is not suitable for parties or events and the maximum number of guests should not exceed 6 people

Fantastic

This apartment is really fantastic! Rooms are very big and everything is very clean! Everything is just like the pictures and location is very convenient, close to the very best shopping spots in London! Nice sleeping arrangements with 2 double beds and 1 sofa bed. Overall, the stay was great and I would stay there again for sure.

Very Strategic Location for Touring London

The apartment location was very strategic close to a lot of attractions so you can do a lot by walking if you feel like it, otherwise there is the London Tube. Raphael who checked us in was very kind and accommodating. Well cleaned and prepared for our arrival, with the beds made, good towels and little soaps and shampoo provided. There's also a good hair dryer so don't make the mistake of packing one like I did. Overall the experience was great and we would repeat it in a heartbeat!

Fantastic stay!

This apartment is in an absolutely unbelievable location, just a stone's throw from Covent Garden, Leicester Square AND Piccadilly Circus, so there's loads to do (almost overwhelming ;) ) in the area and it's super convenient to use as a base for exploring all of London. You’ll get the feel of living like a Londoner for a few day. The place is newly renovated, very clean and properly maintained with tasteful, simple doecorations.. All the basics are provided (kitchen supplies, towels, TP, sheets, soaps, etc) so you only need to bring yourself, and some good walking shoes. The check-in process was easy, we met with Max and his assistant, who were very helpful and informative. The flat is calm and quiet considering the great central location.

Great Location, Not Much Else

While this apartment is in a great location it is also in serious need of basic maintenance, which detracts from the experience. The walls were damaged and scuffed and the ceiling in the hall had a hole where a light can had been removed. The shower in the hall bath was very slow to drain to where one had to wait before opening the door to avoid flooding the room and there were no flat surfaces other than the floor or hooks to place personal items. The mirror in the master bath had fallen, not been reattached and propped agains a wall in the bedroom. The rugs were in need of cleaning. The coffee pot even had a part broken and one of the blinds in the living room was in operable and attached by tape. Oh, and I had to nudge them a week after our departure in order to get the security deposit back. A major fail except for the location.

Excellent Location but Very Dirty

Apartment would have been great had it been maintained. Everything was stained, including the rugs, furniture, down to the window blinds in my bedroom, and the walls were super dirty. That being said, the location was excellent and made seeing the sights during our trip very easy.

Wonderful location..

Great location and large flat. Plenty of room for our family of 6. Bed in the Master was really low and not great, but overall it is a really nice apartment, and has everything you need.
