About the apartment:

This 100 square meters private London home is located in a secure residential building without a lift. It spans three different levels and offers a spacious alternative to your typical London hotel. This apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.

On the ground level you will find the cosy living area with a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a bed to sleep two extra guests if required. Extra linens are available for this bed. The living room also contains a decorative fireplace, flat screen television with cable, and a dining table and chairs for four. The fully equipped kitchen lies just off of the living area and comes with a stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, toaster, microwave, coffee maker teakettle and more. Full sets of cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots and pans and other utensils so you can make a meal right at home. There is also a washing/drying machine for your convenience, which will allow you to pack light and save room for all of your British souvenirs. An iron and board are provided for your convenience.

The bedrooms are located on the first and second floors of the home. Both bedrooms contain comfortable queen size beds, nightstands, bedside lamps and plenty of storage space. All bedding, sheets and pillows are provided and you will find the bed neatly made on arrival. There are two modern en-suite bathrooms with either a bath or shower, hand sink, heated towel rails, toilets and hair dryers. Complementary toilet rolls, shampoos, shower gels and hand soap will be provided to start off your stay. Luxurious bath towels are provided for 6 people as well.

A free Wi-Fi connection is available throughout the flat. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning but we will be happy to provide you with fans for your stay should warm temperatures be in the London weather forecast. A member of our Welcoming Team will meet you upon arrival, give you the keys and entry codes, a tour of the apartment and its appliances, help you to connect to the Wi-Fi and more. You’ll find a personal guidebook in the flat with suggestions on where to eat and shop in London.

With this vacation rental in central London, you will find yourself just minutes from all of the best things that the city has to offer. Situated steps from Piccadilly Circus, the West End and Trafalgar Square, you are surrounded by things to see and do. - Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees apply after 7:00PM.

- Checkout is by 10:00AM.

- Final cleaning fee: £110

- Damage Deposit. £400. This will be pre-authorised on your credit card during the check-in.

- Smoking. All of our apartments are non-smoking.

- Pets. Unfortunately furry friends are not allowed in any of our homes.

- Parties. The apartment is not suitable for parties or events and the maximum number of guests should not exceed 6 people.

London's Best Location

This apartment or 'flat' (for Londoners) is in a perfect location for those who wish to have easy access to everything London has to offer. You are mere blocks away from the Tube underground station, Piccadilly Circus, Oxford Street, Trafalgar Square and the National Gallery, the list goes on! Our only complaint was that we didn't have enough time to explore all the sights we wanted to on this visit but I guess we will just have to come back! The layout is ideal for families, and the kitchen is well equipped although we didn't make much use of it. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Truly enjoyed our stay here

We truly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The flat is very centrally located, and several major London attractions are within walking distance. There is also a big Tesco superstore nearby that provides much convenience for buying food or toiletries. The house was clean, , comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. Highly recommend for families or two couples. Having two full bathrooms was a huge plus. There's also a private entrance.

Great Location for an Apartment

This apartment was in a great location, You couldn't get any better as far a central London, close to 2 different Metro's--Picadilly Circus and Leister square. Reservations were handled professionally and timely. Apartment was very clean and appeared to be recently renovated. There are a number of steps to climb so if you have any disabilities this would not be a good unit for you as the main floor is on the 2nd level and each bedroom is on the 3rd and 4th level respectively. Since it is so centralized noise can be a factor if you keep any windows open--with the windows closed it was not a problem. Since there is no a/c they do provide fans for each level. Again this wasn't a problem for us because the weather was pleasant/chilly at night. Beds were very comfortable-. Overall this place worked great for us--we were out most of the day and only back at the apartment to sleep. Pictures represented the apartment well. Washer and dryer is great to have as well.

Great Location, Great Space, Great Trip

Thanks a lot for sharing your lovely modern apartment in the West End. It was a great part of town, so close to Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square, the theatres, and more. Tons of restaurants and pubs in the area too. We liked shopping on the nearby Oxford Street and even easily walked to Buckingham Palace and Saint James Park. We discovered the Camden Lock Market which was just charming - so many food stalls and and choices from every corner of the globe, delicious. The apartment was perfect for two couples and surprisingly calm when you think about where it is located. High-five to Lauren who welcomed us for the checkin and helped navigate us from the Tube station to the flat when we got very lost. We would recommend it highly.

Perfect location, very comfortable

This property is perfectly located - a stone's throw from Chinatown, Leicester Square and Trafalgar Square. The apartment is comprised of three floors in a Victorian terrace building over a men's barber shop. The first floor has an open plan living room and modern kitchen. The second floor has a bedroom and large bathroom. The third floor has the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. All of the décor and furniture is very modern and tasteful. Check in was a breeze and the manager was very good at communicating. The beds were extremely comfortable and we all slept well. We would definitely return. One caveat - being a Victorian building the stair cases are quite steep and narrow, which might be a problem for someone with mobility issues.

Amazing Location, Great Experience

The apartment was in an amazing location, close to so many wonderful sights and restaurants. Max checked us in and even agreed to meet us earlier than our arranged time. The apartment has plenty of space for a family of five, we were very comfortable. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend the apartment to our family and friends.
