About the apartment:

This 78 square meters duplex apartment rental is located on the first floor of a private and secure residential building without an elevator. It has been recently refurbished and features beautiful hardwood flooring throughout. The living, kitchen and dining areas are found on the lower level. The cosy living room features a couch that can be converted into a sofa bed to sleep a 5th guest if required. There is a flat screen television with cable channels as well as a free Wi-Fi connection available throughout the flat. You will also find a dining table and chairs should you decide to stay in and cook one evening instead of going out to one of the many Charlotte Street restaurants.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, toaster, microwave, coffee maker teakettle and more. Full sets of cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots and pans and other utensils so you can make a meal right at home. There is also a washing/drying machine for your convenience, which will allow you to pack light and save room for all of your British souvenirs. An iron and board are provided for your convenience.

Upstairs there are two separate bedrooms each with a double bed, double, nightstands, bedside lamps and plenty of storage space. All bedding, sheets and pillows are provided and you will find the bed neatly made on arrival. Additional linens are available for the sofa bed. The apartment has one full modern bathroom complete with a combination bathtub/shower, hand washbasin, heated towel rail, toilet and hair dyer. Complementary toilet rolls, shampoos, shower gels and hand soap will be provided to start off your stay. Luxurious bath towels are provided for 5 people as well. A second water closet is located on the lower level and contains a toilet and hand sink.

This flat is vis-à-vis with the neighbouring building but there are curtains to ensure your privacy when needed. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning but we will be happy to provide you with fans for your stay should warm temperatures be in the London weather forecast. A member of our Welcoming Team will meet you upon arrival, give you the keys and entry codes, a tour of the apartment and its appliances, help you to connect to the Wi-Fi and more. You’ll find a personal guidebook in the flat with suggestions on where to eat and shop in London.

Fully equipped apartment

4 of us comfortably stayed in this apartment and we definitely would come back here again. This flat is located on the second floor and is quite spacious. The apartment has very muted colors and brings calmness when you are there. The two bedrooms are comfortable and the bathroom is modern. There is a small kitchen which fully equipped and the location is perfect.

Brilliant Location and Flat

Brilliant flat, very stylish and above all, clean! Perfect location close to everything - you can walk to the British Museum (my husband spent 2 whole days there). Paul's team was very helpful and rather with the check in arrangements. Besides, there are a few coffee shops on the same street so you can get a very good (strong) coffee to start your day and stay buzzed while you visit London. We felt safe and cared for. A wonderful experience.

Can't Get More Central Than This!

We absolutely adored our stay in this London flat. The location was more-than-perfect, just steps away from the Tottenham Court Road Tube Station and minutes walk to the heart of SoHo and Covent Garden. Can't get more central than that. The apartment was clean and well cared for. The WiFi worked well. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean and sparkling when we arrived. Our hosts were on time for check-in and easily reachable with questions. We would stay here again gladly!

Pleasant Stay

Very pleasant apartment well described by the pictures. Nice building and a great location to reach any area of Paris. Calm street with ample street parking if you drive. Had a very good stay and will use again if opportunity presents.

Amazing location close to everything

We had a lovely stay in this flat with an amazing location - so central and close to everything. The apartment is bright and modern. The decorations and furnishings are minimal but just as reflected in the photos. Both bedrooms are a nice size. The living area is a little more cozy but fine for gathering around with 4 people. It is surprisingly quiet for being in such a bustling area. The price-quality ratio is excellent for London and I can happily recommend this place to any group of 4.

Not wat we expected

Apartment very spartan .few things did not work properly most of all the tv was with out audio even after colling the manager we recived an apology but the problem was not fixed for the all 8 days we were there.

No pilliwocase for the extra bed in the living room;

The staircase going to the rooms very steep. I would not raccomande for older guests.

We did know of the absence of the ac but the ap was unbearably hot.

We used home away many times and this time it was kind of disappointing. The shower is quite an experience,.it get cold and hot by itself do you better take s very fast shower.

Good location . 2 block from the tube as well to many restaurant in Soho.
